一、太平洋經濟合作理事會中華民國委員會自5月12日起至6月1日開放「2026 APEC未來之聲（Voices of the Future, VOF）青年培訓營」活動報名，本年度「VOF青年營」訂於7月15日-17日假「北投會館」舉辦，規劃參與學員人數以50人為上限。
二、歡迎大專院校各科系所學生或社會青年、18至30歲具中華民國國籍者報名參加。亦鼓勵家境清寒、中華民國籍之東南亞青年學子等報名參加。
三、報名注意事項：
（一）營隊活動不收取費用，考量學員及各方權益，請同意參與之學員全程參加，不得於活動前臨時放棄資格，或於營隊期間缺席。
（二）臨時放棄資格與請假3 小時以上者，本會將發函至學員所屬學校系所或服務單位，說明臨時放棄資格或活動缺席情形。
（三）放棄參與資格者，請於營隊開始前至少2周告知，以維護備取學員之遞補權益。
（四）營隊期間，學員請假超過3 小時，將無法取得營隊證書，同時亦視同放棄繼續參與營隊之權利。

**Announcement: Call for Applications for the 2026 APEC Voices of the Future (VOF) Youth Training Camp**
The Taiwan Council for the Pacific Economic Cooperation (CTPECC) is now accepting applications for the 2026 APEC Voices of the Future (VOF) Youth Training Camp from May 12 to June 1. This year is VOF Youth Camp is scheduled to take place from July 15 to 17 at the Beitou Conference Center, with a maximum of 50 participants.
We invite undergraduate and graduate students from all departments of universities and colleges, as well as young adults aged 18 to 30 who are citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan), to apply. We also encourage applications from Southeast Asian youth students who are citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and from those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
**Application Guidelines:**
1. Participation in the camp is free of charge. To ensure the rights and interests of all participants, those who agree to join are required to attend the entire duration of the camp. Withdrawal from the program or absence during the camp is not permitted.
2. In the event of withdrawal or absence exceeding three hours, the CTPECC will issue a formal notification to the participant is affiliated university department or organization, detailing the circumstances of the withdrawal or absence.
3. Participants who wish to withdraw from the program must notify the CTPECC at least two weeks prior to the start of the camp to allow for the rights of reserve participants to be upheld.
4. Participants who are absent for more than three hours during the camp will not be eligible to receive a certificate of participation and will be considered to have forfeited their right to continue participating in the camp.
