一、 競賽宗旨
隨著生成式 AI 邁入全產業賦能的關鍵階段，2026 GenAI Stars 延續數位發展部「AI 產業
化、產業 AI 化」之雙願景，致力建構全方位的國家級 GenAI 加速舞台。本計畫聚焦「AI
應用落地」與「技術自主」，整合 AI 生態系關鍵資源，建立選拔、深度輔導到商轉落地
的完整機制，鼓勵團隊打造可彈性運用不同大語言模型的應用架構，提升 AI 系統的可擴
展性與商業可行性，並真正應用在產業場景中，讓 AI 技術深入百工百業，引領全面性的
產業升級。

四、 報名資格
(1) 以國內外企業、新創、學研單位、非營利事業法人單位或自組團隊為單位報名
參加，每隊上限 6 人。
(2) 報名截止後，原則上不得更動隊伍成員，如需更動須向主辦單位提出申請。

**Announcement: 2026 GenAI Stars Competition**
**I. Competition Purpose**
As generative AI enters a critical phase of empowering all industries, the 2026 GenAI Stars Competition continues the Digital Development Department is dual vision of “AI industrialization” and “industry AI transformation.” The competition aims to establish a comprehensive national-level GenAI acceleration platform. This initiative focuses on “AI application implementation” and “technological self-reliance,” integrating key resources from the AI ecosystem to create a complete mechanism from selection to in-depth mentoring and commercialization. Teams are encouraged to develop application architectures that can flexibly utilize various large language models, enhancing the scalability and commercial viability of AI systems and ensuring their genuine application in industrial contexts. This effort seeks to embed AI technology deeply into all sectors, leading to a comprehensive industrial upgrade.
**II. Organizing Units**

- **Executing Units:** Industrial Technology Research Institute, Taipei Computer Association, Taiwan AI Labs, and the Taiching Foundation for Science and Technology Education Development

**IV. Eligibility for Registration**
(1) Registration is open to domestic and international enterprises, startups, academic and research institutions, non-profit organizations, or self-organized teams, with a maximum of six members per team.
(2) After the registration deadline, team members generally cannot be changed. Any changes must be requested and approved by the organizing unit.
