 主  旨  代公告—AI整合多物理量數位分身人才培育計畫Announcement — Talent Development Program for AI-Integrated Digital Twin with Multi-Physics Quantities
 內  容 
一、課程聚焦於半導體產業中AI、數位分身(Digital Twin)與多物理量模擬技術之整合應用,培養具備跨領域分析與實務操作能力之專業人才。課程內容涵蓋半導體元件物理基礎與模擬軟體操作展示,深入探討半導體封裝之電性分析、結構可靠度與壽命特性,並透過半導體製程及電漿設備模擬案例,強化學員對製程參數與設備效能之理解與應用能力。此外,課程亦延伸至半導體元件與封裝之光電特性分析,結合理論、模擬與案例實作,協助學員掌握AI驅動之數位分身技術於半導體設計、製造、封裝與測試領域中的應用趨勢。
二、報名資格:全國公私立各大專校院在學學生。
三、課程時間:115年6月6日(六)、6月7日(日),共計2天,符合報名資格且全程參與課程者,將於課程結束後核發研習時數證明電子檔。
四、課程地點:國立臺北科技大學行政大樓9樓國際會議廳、Google Meet線上課程。
五、人數上限:實體80人/線上200人。(課程免費)
六、報名時間:即日起至115年6月1日(一)17時為止(如人數額滿將提前截止)。

**Announcement: Semiconductor Industry AI and Digital Twin Integration Training Course**

The course focuses on the integrated application of AI, Digital Twin, and multi-physics simulation technologies within the semiconductor industry, aiming to cultivate professionals with cross-disciplinary analytical and practical operational skills. The curriculum covers the fundamental physics of semiconductor components and demonstrations of simulation software usage. It delves into electrical analysis, structural reliability, and lifespan characteristics of semiconductor packaging. Through simulation cases of semiconductor processes and plasma equipment, participants will enhance their understanding and application of process parameters and equipment performance. Additionally, the course extends to the analysis of optoelectronic properties of semiconductor components and packaging, combining theory, simulation, and practical case studies to assist participants in mastering the application trends of AI-driven Digital Twin technology in semiconductor design, manufacturing, packaging, and testing.

**Eligibility for Registration:**
Current students from all public and private colleges and universities across Taiwan.

**Course Schedule:**
June 6 (Saturday) and June 7 (Sunday), 2026. The course spans a total of 2 days. Participants who meet the registration criteria and attend the entire course will receive an electronic certificate of completion upon conclusion.

**Course Location:**
International Conference Hall, 9th Floor, Administrative Building, National Taipei University of Technology; and Google Meet for online sessions.

**Capacity:**
On-site: 80 participants; Online: 200 participants. (The course is free of charge.)

**Registration Period:**
From today until 5:00 PM on June 1 (Monday), 2026. Registration will close early if capacity is reached.
