一、依農業部115年5月15日農輔字第1150022660號函辦理(檢附原函影本及附件)。
二、農業部為推廣食農教育，增進社會大眾對國產農漁畜產品、在地農業及飲食文化之認識與支持，與財團法人家樂福文教基金會共同辦理旨揭活動，並以「改變有我，藝起回家」為號召，透過藝術展演、農業市集、教育體驗及通路倡議等方式，將永續與食農教育議題轉化為民眾可親身參與之日常體驗，引導國人從「產地到餐桌」重新認識臺灣農業如何走入生活，並感受國產農漁畜產品背後的農村故事與價值。
三、本次活動重點說明如下：
(一)時間：
1、115年5月22日(星期五)下午4時至9時。
2、115年5月23日(星期六)下午2時至9時。
3、115年5月24日(星期日)下午2時至8時。
(二)地點：國立中正紀念堂民主大道(臺北市中正區中山南路21號)。
(三)市集及夜戲：
1、市集攤位預計130攤，農業部亮點展區規劃如下：
(1)、食農體驗：辦理地方特色農產體驗，透過動手操作及互動學習，認識食物來源與在地飲食文化；展示食農教育教材教具，透過互動方式協助親子理解農業、食物與生活之關聯。
(2)、青農市集：透過市集交流，引導民眾認識產地特色，將支持國產農產品融入日常生活。
(3)、食農闖關學習及成果展示：規劃闖關學習、互動任務及成果展示，推廣食農教育知識。
(4)、永續農遊列車及青村集市：邀集回鄉青年及永續農遊業者分享農村在地實踐成果，推廣環境友善與永續農遊理念。
(5)、在地農業故事分享：透過農漁村生活、地方農產及飲食文化故事分享，呈現農村日常與在地文化特色。
2、夜戲：
(1)、115年5月22日(星期五)晚上7時至8時30分：舞鈴劇場《奇幻旅程》。
(2)、115年5月23日(星期六)晚上7時至8時30分：FOCASA 馬戲團《宇宙大冒險》。
(3)、115年5月24日(星期日)晚上6時30分至8時：紙風車劇團《順風耳的新香爐》。

**Announcement Regarding the "Change Starts with Me, Let's Go Home Together" Event**
**I. Basis for Implementation**
This announcement is made in accordance with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's official letter dated May 15, 2026, under reference number MOA-FA-1150022660 (attached for reference).
**II. Purpose of the Event**
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, in collaboration with the Carrefour Foundation, is organizing the aforementioned event to promote food and agriculture education. The goal is to enhance public understanding and support for Taiwan's domestic agricultural, fishery, and livestock products, as well as local agriculture and culinary culture. The event, themed "Change Starts with Me, Let's Go Home Together," will utilize artistic performances, agricultural markets, educational experiences, and advocacy initiatives to transform sustainability and food-agriculture education into accessible, everyday experiences for the public. It aims to guide citizens to rediscover how Taiwan's agriculture integrates into daily life and to appreciate the stories and values behind domestic agricultural, fishery, and livestock products.
**III. Key Details of the Event**
**(1) Dates and Times:**
- May 22, 2026 (Friday): 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- May 23, 2026 (Saturday): 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- May 24, 2026 (Sunday): 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Democracy Avenue, National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall (No. 21, Zhongshan South Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City).
**(3) Market and Evening Performances:**
1. **Market Stalls:**
- Approximately 130 stalls are planned.
- Key exhibition areas organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry include:
- **Food and Agriculture Experience:** Hands-on activities and interactive learning sessions will be held to help participants understand the origins of food and local culinary culture. Educational materials and tools for food-agriculture education will also be displayed to assist families in grasping the connections between agriculture, food, and daily life.
- **Youth Farmers' Market:** Through market exchanges, participants will learn about the unique characteristics of local agricultural products and be encouraged to incorporate support for domestic agricultural goods into their daily routines.
- **Food and Agriculture Learning Challenges and Achievements Display:** Interactive learning challenges, tasks, and achievement displays will be organized to promote knowledge of food-agriculture education.
- **Sustainable Agritourism Train and Youth Village Market:** Young people returning to their hometowns and sustainable agritourism practitioners will share their experiences and achievements in local rural development, promoting environmentally friendly and sustainable agritourism concepts.
- **Local Agriculture Storytelling:** Through sharing stories of rural life, local agricultural products, and culinary culture, the event will showcase the daily lives and unique cultural characteristics of rural communities.

- May 23, 2026 (Saturday): 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM – FOCASA Circus Performance: "Cosmic Adventure"
- May 24, 2026 (Sunday): 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM – Paper Windmill Theater Performance: "Shunfeng'er's New Incense Burner"
