各位師長、同仁和同學您好:
為因應暑期校務運作需求,本校即日起開放114學年度第二學期暑期工讀生應徵作業。暑期工讀機會不僅能協助同學累積實務經驗,亦有助於學校各項業務順利推展,歡迎符合資格之同學踴躍參加。
本次暑期工讀應徵相關資訊如下:
1. 應徵日期:115年5月21日至115年6月5日(請至各工讀單位詢問)。
2. 上傳暑期工讀留宿證明單:115年6月1日至115年6月5日,請將文件寄送至錄取單位電子信箱(請留意宿輔組暑期申請留宿公告)。
3. 住宿交費日期:115年6月1日至115年6月5日,錄取學生請於此期間完成繳費。
申請暑期工讀需符合以下資格與檢附文件:
1. 操性成績達80分,學期成績達60分。
2. 第一次申請工讀同學檢附工讀契約書(正本兩份,需正反列印並完成簽署及蓋章)、職安時數證明(需滿3小時,合格後下載PDF檔),原本已完成以上且符合工讀資格同學不必再填寫契約書。
申請流程如下:
1. 第一次申請工讀同學,請於學生資訊系統中,進入「工讀作業」→「工讀?助金申請」→填寫資料並儲存。
2. 工讀契約書請至生輔組網站【工讀專區】下載,並依規定繳交至各校區指定人員:
- 中央校區:學務處林雅玲。
- 介仁校區:生輔組張金木校安。
- 建國校區:生輔組湯定榮。
3. 職安時數證明可自行上傳或將PDF檔請電傳至ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw(職安證明請參閱生輔組工讀專區格式)。
請有意願參加暑期工讀之同學,於115年5月21日至115年6月5日間向工讀單位完成暑期工讀申請,並依規定上傳留宿證明及完成繳費。如有疑問,請參閱生輔組網頁【工專專區】或洽生輔組詢問(分機22741/11206)。
請務必確認自身資格及申請文件齊全,避免因資格不符或文件不全而影響申請權益。

生輔組 敬啟 Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To accommodate the operational needs of the university during the summer vacation, we are now accepting applications for summer work-study positions for the second semester of the 114 academic year. These opportunities not only help students gain practical experience but also contribute to the smooth functioning of various university operations. We encourage eligible students to participate enthusiastically.
The relevant information for this summer work-study application is as follows:
1. Application Period: May 21, 115, to June 5, 115 (please inquire with the respective work-study units).
2. Submission of Summer Work-Study Accommodation Proof Form: June 1, 115, to June 5, 115. Please send the completed form to the email address of the assigned unit (please refer to the summer accommodation application announcement from the Accommodation Support Group).
3. Accommodation Payment Deadline: June 1, 115, to June 5, 115. Students who have been selected must complete their payment during this period.
To apply for a summer work-study position, students must meet the following eligibility criteria and submit the required documents:
1. Conduct score of at least 80 points and semester grade of at least 60 points.
2. First-time applicants must submit two original copies of the work-study contract (printed front and back, signed and stamped), as well as a proof of occupational safety training hours (must be at least 3 hours; download the PDF file after passing the training). Students who have already completed these requirements and are eligible for work-study do not need to resubmit the contract.
The application process is as follows:
1. First-time applicants should log in to the Student Information System, navigate to 「Work-Study Operations」→「Work-Study and Grant Application」, fill in the required information, and save it.
2. Download the work-study contract from the 「Work-Study Zone」 on the Student Affairs Office website and submit it to the designated personnel at each campus:
- Central Campus: Lin Ya-ling, Student Affairs Office.
- Jie-Ren Campus: Zhang Jin-Mu, Campus Safety, Student Affairs Office.
- Jian-Guo Campus: Tang Ding-Rong, Student Affairs Office.
3. The proof of occupational safety training hours can be uploaded directly or sent via fax to ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw (please refer to the format provided in the 「Work-Study Zone」 on the Student Affairs Office website).
Students interested in participating in the summer work-study program are requested to complete their application with the respective work-study units between May 21, 115, and June 5, 115. Please ensure that you upload the accommodation proof and complete the payment as required. For any inquiries, please refer to the 「Work-Study Zone」 on the Student Affairs Office website or contact the Student Affairs Office directly (extensions 22741/11206).
Please make sure to confirm your eligibility and that all required documents are prepared to avoid any impact on your application rights due to incomplete qualifications or missing documents.
