 主  旨  【文書組業務宣導】簽文系統功能優化暨公文簽文整合系統上線公告The document section would like to announce the optimization of the signature system functions and the launch of the integrated official document signature system. This upgrade aims to enhance efficiency and streamline the workflow for document processing. Please refer to the relevant guidelines for usage.

一、為求系統更臻完善,符合各單位需求,同時感恩大家的建議與耐心等候,簽文系統功能優化將於115年5月21日(週四)正式上線,其簽辦邏輯近似公文收發系統。同時,電算中心整合公文及簽文系統,變更登入介面。
二、優化系統初上線,操作上有任何疑問,歡迎洽詢本組(分機11326、11325、11028),若造成您使用不便之處敬請見諒,並感恩您的善解與配合。
三、系統操作說明講義如附件供參。
備註說明:上線前未結案之簽文,皆依舊版流程陳核,5/21創簽的文,才依優化後版本簽辦。
To ensure the system meets the needs of all departments and to express our gratitude for your suggestions and patience, the optimized document approval system will officially go live on May 21, 2026 (Thursday). The approval logic of this system is similar to that of the official document management system. Additionally, the Computer Center has integrated the official document and approval systems, and updated the login interface.

During the initial phase of the system launch, if you have any questions regarding its operation, please feel free to contact our department (extensions 11326, 11325, 11028). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The system operation instructions are attached for your reference.

**Note:** Any pending approval documents before the system goes live will be processed according to the old procedures. Documents initiated on May 21 will be processed according to the optimized system.
