1.新版法規資料庫已正式啟用，請由校務系統登入後，點選「秘書處＞規章辦法＞規章辦法管理」或「規章辦法查詢」進入系統。
2.各單位管理窗口可由「規章辦法管理」功能進入，進行單位法規之新增、編輯與維護作業。
3.舊版法規資料庫頁面（http://law.tcu.edu.tw/）預計於2026年5月22日起停止使用，後續法規查詢請改由「規章辦法查詢」功能，或直接使用新版法規資料庫連結（https://admin.tcu.edu.tw/TCU/sec/ScLaw/ScLawQryOut.php）進入查詢。
4.新版法規資料庫使用方式，請參閱附件教學簡報。
5.未來如需調整各單位管理窗口人員，請來信lynn0139@gms.tcu.edu.tw，將協助辦理權限異動。
如有系統操作或使用相關問題，請洽秘書處稽核組（分機11010）。
1.The new Regulations Database System has officially launched. After logging into the University Information System, please navigate to:
“Office of the Secretariat > Regulations and Procedures > Regulations Management”
or
“Regulations and Procedures Search”
2.Unit administrators may enter the “Regulations Management” section to create, edit, and maintain unit regulations.
3.The previous regulations database website (http://law.tcu.edu.tw/) will be discontinued starting from May 22, 2026. Thereafter, regulations may be searched through the “Regulations and Procedures Search” function or directly via the new database link below:
https://admin.tcu.edu.tw/TCU/sec/ScLaw/ScLawQryOut.php
4.Please refer to the attached presentation file for instructions on using the new Regulations Database System.
5.If there are future changes to unit administrators, please contact lynn0139@gms.tcu.edu.tw for assistance with updating personnel access.
