一、旨揭活動由財團法人證券櫃檯買賣中心(簡稱櫃買中心)主辦，財團法人中華民國證券暨期貨市場發展基金會承辦，目的在於增進大專院校學生對於資本市場實務及櫃買中心各項投資工具之瞭解，培育資本市場未來菁英人才。
二、本活動免費參加，凡國內大專院校在學學生不限科系、大學生或研究生均可，由系所推薦組隊或學生自組隊伍參加，可跨校組隊，每隊3至5人，個人不得重複組隊。
三、培育營研習內容包含「線上學習」及「櫃買商品投資組合簡報線上競賽」二部分，說明如下：
(一)線上學習：研習課程影片共計4項主題，包括「我國資本市場特色與監理重點 」、「多層次資本市場全攻略」、「認識櫃買市場的投資寶藏 」與「人工智慧在金融產業的應用 」，參賽隊伍需登入本活動線上學習平台 ，於7月31日24時前完成觀看所有課程影片。其中「 人工智慧在金融產業的應用 」 課程採同步線上直播方式(日期另行通知報名隊伍)，開放學生即時提問，與業界專家互動交流。
(二)櫃買商品投資組合簡報線上競賽：參賽隊伍依官網公布之競賽題目及格式，錄製8至12分鐘之簡報影音檔，於7月31日24時前完成上傳。
(三)以上二部分如均能於時限內完成，即為網路初賽完賽。
四、網路初賽成績前10名隊伍，將取得實體決賽資格，決賽預定10月份擇日舉辦(日期另行通知)；初賽第11至32名(計22隊)頒發「入圍優秀獎」，當前10名隊伍不克參加決賽時，由入圍優秀獎隊伍依序遞補決賽名額。
五、本活動獎勵豐富，包括：
(一)決賽優勝：前3名隊伍每隊依序可分別獲頒獎學金新臺幣5萬元、3萬元及2萬元，第4至10名隊伍可獲頒1萬元；
(二)「入圍優秀獎」：每隊獎學金為6千元；
(三)「早鳥全勤獎」：前90隊完成網路初賽完賽隊伍，每隊獎學金為1千5百元。

**Announcement: Capital Market Talent Development Program**
The Capital Market Talent Development Program, organized by the Taiwan Securities櫃檯買賣中心 (hereinafter referred to as the櫃檯買賣中心) and hosted by the Taiwan Capital Market Development Foundation, aims to enhance university students' understanding of capital market practices and various investment instruments offered by the櫃檯買賣中心. The program is designed to cultivate future elite talent in the capital market sector.
Participation in this program is free of charge. All undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in domestic universities and colleges, regardless of their department or field of study, are eligible to participate. Teams may be formed either through departmental recommendations or self-organization by students. Inter-institutional team formation is permitted, with each team consisting of 3 to 5 members. No individual may participate in more than one team.
The program consists of two main components: Online Learning and the Online Investment Portfolio Presentation Competition. Details are as follows:
1. **Online Learning**: The program includes four thematic video courses: "Characteristics and Regulatory Focus of Taiwan's Capital Market," "Comprehensive Guide to the Multi-layered Capital Market," "Understanding the Investment Treasures of the櫃檯買賣中心," and "Applications of Artificial Intelligence in the Financial Industry." Participating teams are required to log in to the program's online learning platform and complete all course videos by 24:00 on July 31. The course on "Applications of Artificial Intelligence in the Financial Industry" will be conducted via live online streaming (date to be notified to registered teams), allowing students to ask questions in real-time and interact with industry experts.
2. **Online Investment Portfolio Presentation Competition**: Teams are required to record an 8 to 12-minute presentation video based on the competition topics and format published on the official website. The video must be uploaded by 24:00 on July 31.
3. Teams that successfully complete both components within the specified timeframe will be considered to have finished the online preliminary round.
The top 10 teams in the online preliminary round will qualify for the in-person final competition, scheduled for October (date to be notified). Teams ranked 11th to 32nd (a total of 22 teams) will receive the "Outstanding Entry Award." If the top 10 teams are unable to participate in the final competition, their spots will be filled by teams from the "Outstanding Entry Award" in order of their preliminary round rankings.
The program offers substantial rewards:
1. **Final Competition Winners**: The top 3 teams will receive scholarships of NT$50,000, NT$30,000, and NT$20,000, respectively. Teams ranked 4th to 10th will receive a scholarship of NT$10,000 each.
2. **"Outstanding Entry Award"**: Each team will receive a scholarship of NT$6,000.
3. **"Early Bird Full Attendance Award"**: The first 90 teams to complete the online preliminary round will receive a scholarship of NT$1,500 each.
