**Application Period:** From today until June 15. Applications must be submitted in person; late submissions will not be accepted.
**Eligibility Criteria:** Please refer to the attached documents.
**Required Documents:** Please refer to the attached documents.
**Application Documents:** Please provide only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not submit any additional proofs not specified, to conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection, energy conservation, and carbon reduction.
**Ineligible Applicants:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, please do not submit your application. All ineligible applications will be rejected.
**Incomplete Submissions:** Applications with incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please carefully review your submission before sending it in.
