一、申請對象：二技一、二年級或四技、大學三、四年級在學學生，且於畢業後有意願在本院從事臨床護理工作者。
二、申請條件（符合其中任一項）：
(一)具護理師證書。
(二)申請之前一學年度學業成績達75分（含）以上，操行成績達80分（含）以上。
三、獎助名額及金額：
(一)每年度獎助名額，依本院當年度公告或相關規定為準，並依本院規定進行評選。
(二)每學年每名學生獎助新臺幣壹拾貳萬元，並依本院相關規定進行調整。
**I. Eligibility:**
Students currently enrolled in the second year of a two-year associate degree program, the first or second year of a four-year bachelor's degree program, or the third or fourth year of a university program who intend to work as clinical nurses at this institution after graduation.
**II. Application Requirements (Must meet at least one of the following):**
(1) Possession of a registered nurse license.
(2) Academic performance of 75 points or higher in the previous academic year and conduct performance of 80 points or higher.
**III. Scholarship Quota and Amount:**
(1) The annual scholarship quota will be determined according to the institution's annual announcement or relevant regulations, and selections will be made in accordance with these guidelines.
(2) Each eligible student will receive a scholarship of NT$120,000 per academic year, subject to adjustment according to the institution's relevant regulations.
