一、「我的青航時代 2026航發會x暑期航空營」自2020年開辦以來，已累積多屆辦理經驗，成為國內具代表性的青年航空培育活動之一。2025年更首度導入「三組分流」專業培訓制度，共吸引725人報名，最終錄取90位學員參與，完成三梯次專業課程與場域參訪，獲得學員高度肯定。
二、2026年第七屆暑期航空營將延續專業分組模式，針對不同航空職涯方向，規劃「機師與空服員組」、「簽派員與管制員組」以及「地勤與修護組」三大專業組別，課程內容結合理論學習、業界實務分享與第一線場域參訪，讓學員從多元角度深入了解航空產業運作。
三、今日航空界不僅需要理工背景人才，更期盼來自各領域的創新思維與多元專長加入。貴校學生正是我們期待的明日之星！無論是管理、語言、服務、資訊、工程，甚至藝術與人文等各領域的學生，都能在航空產業找到發揮所長的舞台。此次暑期航空營將提供學生近距離接觸產業實務的珍貴機會，並可能成為他們職涯發展的重要起點。

Since its inception in 2020, the "My Youth Aviation Era 2026 Aviation Development Conference x Summer Aviation Camp" has accumulated extensive experience through multiple sessions and has become one of the most representative youth aviation development activities in Taiwan. In 2025, the program introduced the "Three-Group分流" professional training system for the first time, attracting a total of 725 applicants and ultimately selecting 90 participants. These participants completed three batches of professional courses and field visits, earning high praise from the attendees.
The 2026 Seventh Summer Aviation Camp will continue with the professional grouping model, offering three major specialized tracks: "Pilot and Flight Attendant Group," "Dispatcher and Air Traffic Controller Group," and "Ground Staff and Maintenance Group." The curriculum integrates theoretical learning, industry practical sharing, and first-hand field visits, allowing participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the aviation industry from diverse perspectives.
The aviation industry today not only requires individuals with science and engineering backgrounds but also welcomes innovative thinking and diverse expertise from various fields. Your university's students are precisely the stars we look forward to! Whether they are studying management, languages, services, information technology, engineering, or even arts and humanities, there are opportunities for them to excel in the aviation industry.
