一、比賽路線於北橫公路羅浮橋及118縣道(羅馬公路)右轉之台三線增設靜態補給區。
二、比賽組別各梯次出發時間調整如下：
1.第一梯次(5時30分至5時35分)：男子菁英組5時30分、M16、M19、M30、M40及M50組5時35分。
2.第二梯次(5時40分至5時45分)：青年男子組5時40分、女子菁英組及女子青年組5時45分。
3.第三梯次(5時50分)：M12、F19、F30、F40、F50、F12及F16組。
三、報到方式與注意事項增列「本賽事將放入中立器材摩托，輪組說明：一組c夾備輪，一組碟盤輪組（前160後140）。」。

一、The race route will have additional static aid stations set up on the North Cross-Island Highway at the Luofu Bridge and on County Road 118 (Roman Road), specifically on the right side of Provincial Highway 3.
二、The adjusted start times for each race category are as follows:
1. First Batch (5:30 AM to 5:35 AM): Elite Men's Category at 5:30 AM, M16, M19, M30, M40, and M50 Categories at 5:35 AM.
2. Second Batch (5:40 AM to 5:45 AM): Men's Youth Category at 5:40 AM, Elite Women's Category and Women's Youth Category at 5:45 AM.
3. Third Batch (5:50 AM): M12, F19, F30, F40, F50, F12, and F16 Categories.
三、The registration method and important notes have been updated to include the following: "Neutral support motorcycles will be deployed for this event. Wheelset details: one set with a clamp-on front wheel, and one set with disc brakes (front 160mm, rear 140mm)."
