各位師長、同仁 好：
在114學年度教育部補助大專校院精進校務經營計畫經費支持下，學校進行Google AI Pro for Education授權採購137套，目前已完成採購並進行帳號權限設定，即日起正式啟用，授權一年，使用期限至2027年5月18日止。
授權配予對象與配額(於google表單完成填寫申請之單位)
1.對象： 本校一級主管及已填單申請之二級之單位（如：各處、室、中心、系所(包含系所主管及其所屬二級組別））。
2.配額：
(1)一級主管：得分配一組帳號（使用個人GMS帳號）
(2)已填單申請二級單位：限使用一組公用帳號，帳密依先前申請進行設定，請單位主管及同仁妥善保管帳密。若仍有問題，可就近諮詢資網組同仁。

Dear Faculty and Staff,
Under the support of the Ministry of Education is Grant for Enhancing Institutional Management in Higher Education for the academic year 114, the university has procured 137 licenses for Google AI Pro for Education. The procurement process has been completed, and account permissions have been set up. The service is now officially available for use, with a one-year authorization period ending on May 18, 2027.
**Authorized Users and Allocation (Units that have completed the application via Google Form):**
1. **Eligible Users:**
- First-level supervisors of the university.
- Second-level units that have submitted applications (e.g., various departments, offices, centers, and schools, including their supervisors and subordinate second-level groups).
2. **Allocation:**
- **First-level supervisors:** Each is entitled to one license (using their personal GMS account).
- **Second-level units that have submitted applications:** Limited to one shared license. The account credentials will be set according to the information provided in the application. Please ensure that the unit supervisor and staff members safeguard these credentials. If any issues arise, please consult the staff of the Information Network Section.
