各位同學您好：
為提升學生宿舍整潔與生活品質，本校依據「慈濟大學大學部以上學生宿舍住宿輔導辦法」，訂定學生宿舍清潔檢查評比，以鼓勵住宿生重視寢室環境，學習良好收納習慣，營造健康、安全、舒適的住宿空間。
本次清潔檢查實施對象為全體住宿生（含自主管理區），檢查方式分為兩階段進行評分，並以寢室為單位進行評比。第一階段由各樓層（區）環保長擇一天評分，成績第一名及未達60分者將進入第二階段檢查及複檢。第二階段則由宿舍輔導員或核心幹部擇一天進行評分，並取各棟宿舍平均分數，最高分之前三名且得分90分以上者，將獲頒獎狀及獎勵。未配合或未接受訪視評比之寢室，將列為不合格，依規定予以專案勒令退宿，並不得申請下學年住宿。
檢查規範如下：
1. 檢查期間分為兩階段，第一階段各樓層成績第一名及未達60分者進入第二階段檢查及複檢。
2. 未配合或未接受訪視評比之寢室，列為不合格，依規定予以專案勒令退宿，並不得申請下學年住宿。
3. 評分期間，各寢室需配合拍照備查，未能配合者將喪失優等資格及不得複查成績，且需於第二階段接受複檢，如未達60分以上（含）列為不合格，予以專案勒令退宿。
檢查階段安排如下：
第一階段：由各樓層（區）環保長擇一天評分，中央校區各樓層成績第一名、介仁校區各區成績前三名。
第二階段：宿舍輔導員或核心幹部擇一天進行評分，各棟宿舍取平均分數，最高分之前三名且得分90分以上者，將獲頒獎狀及獎勵。同分者，需由宿舍輔導員、宿舍核心幹部再次評分。未達60分複評者，各棟宿舍取平均分數，仍為未達60分者列計為不合格。
請各寢室務必重視本次清潔檢查，並配合相關規定，以確保評比作業順利進行。

Dear Students,
To enhance the cleanliness and overall living quality of the dormitories, the university has established a dormitory cleanliness inspection and evaluation system in accordance with the Guidelines for Dormitory Accommodation for Undergraduate and Above Students at Tzu Chi University.This initiative aims to encourage residents to pay attention to their living environment, cultivate good storage habits, and create a healthy, safe, and comfortable accommodation space.
The current cleanliness inspection will be conducted for all residents (including those in the self-managed areas). The evaluation will be carried out in two stages, with results assessed on a per-room basis. In the first stage, the Environmental Protection Officers of each floor (area) will conduct the evaluation on a selected day. Rooms that achieve the highest score on their floor (area) and those scoring below 60 points will proceed to the second stage for re-evaluation. In the second stage, the Dormitory Counselors or Core Members will conduct the evaluation on another selected day. The top three rooms with an average score of 90 points or higher across all dormitories will be awarded certificates and prizes. Rooms that do not cooperate or refuse to participate in the inspection will be deemed unqualified and may be subject to special orders for relocation, with no eligibility to apply for accommodation in the next academic year.
The inspection regulations are as follows:
1. The inspection period is divided into two stages. The rooms achieving the highest score on each floor (area) in the first stage, as well as those scoring below 60 points, will proceed to the second stage for re-evaluation.
2. Rooms that do not cooperate or refuse to participate in the inspection will be deemed unqualified and may be subject to special orders for relocation, with no eligibility to apply for accommodation in the next academic year.
3. During the evaluation period, each room must cooperate with the photography for record-keeping. Rooms that fail to comply will lose their eligibility for the highest honors and will not be eligible for re-evaluation. Additionally, they must undergo re-inspection in the second stage. If the score is still below 60 points, they will be deemed unqualified and may be subject to special orders for relocation.
The inspection schedule is as follows:
First Stage: Conducted by the Environmental Protection Officers of each floor (area) on a selected day. The highest-scoring room on each floor in the Central Campus and the top three rooms in each area of the Jie Ren Campus will proceed to the second stage.
Second Stage: Conducted by the Dormitory Counselors or Core Members on another selected day. The average score of each dormitory will be calculated, and the top three rooms with a score of 90 points or higher will be awarded certificates and prizes. In the case of ties, the Dormitory Counselors and Core Members will conduct a re-evaluation. Rooms that score below 60 points in the re-evaluation will be deemed unqualified.
Please ensure that all rooms take this cleanliness inspection seriously and comply with the relevant regulations to guarantee the smooth progress of the evaluation process.
