一、隨著數位科技發展，校園實驗場域正值智慧化轉型。為強化實驗室管理人員之安全知能、事故預防及數位科技應用素養，本部特規劃辦理旨揭專班，期透過實務操作與情境模擬，建構前瞻性實驗室安全文化。
二、本專班課程內容導入虛擬實境（VR）技術與事故模擬互動教學，協助學員於虛擬環境中進行實驗室安全管理、危機應變與操作訓練，課程相關資訊摘要如下：
(一)辦理時間：115年7月9日（星期四）。
(二)辦理地點：國立陽明交通大學陽明校區活動中心（臺北市北投區立農街2段155號）(三)課程議題：實驗室安全管理介紹、數位實驗室與事故應變模擬等。
(四)對象：全國公私立大專校院之教職員、實驗室人員及學生或高級中等學校業務相關人員。
(五)報名方式：即日起至115年6月12日（星期五）止，請至報名網址：https://forms.gle/9qvxUAk8x4GHeibU6報名。
(六)錄取原則：
１、本次課程採審核制，將依報名者之職務性質、業務相關性及實際需求進行綜合評估，並以從事實驗室管理、安全衛生相關業務之承辦人員為優先錄取對象。
２、學生報名者，需經學校推薦，並應具備相關年級或實驗操作經驗等條件，始納入審核考量。
３、如報名人數超出名額，將依上述原則進行篩選，並兼顧各校名額分配之衡平性。錄取名單經審核確定後，將另行通知；未錄取者亦將寄發通知信函。

**Announcement: Specialized Training Program on Laboratory Safety and Digital Technology Application**
With the advancement of digital technology, campus laboratory environments are undergoing a transformation towards smart management. To enhance the safety knowledge, accident prevention skills, and digital literacy of laboratory personnel, this department has planned and organized the aforementioned specialized training program. The aim is to foster a forward-thinking laboratory safety culture through practical operations and scenario-based simulations.
The curriculum of this program incorporates virtual reality (VR) technology and interactive accident simulation teaching. These methods will assist participants in conducting laboratory safety management, crisis response, and operational training within a virtual environment. The key details of the program are summarized as follows:
1. **Training Date:** July 9, 2026 (Thursday).
2. **Venue:** Activity Center, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Yangming Campus (No. 155, Sec. 2, Linong St., Beitou District, Taipei City).
3. **Course Topics:** Introduction to laboratory safety management, digital laboratory operations, and accident response simulations.
4. **Target Participants:** Faculty, staff, laboratory personnel, and students from public and private universities and colleges across Taiwan, as well as relevant personnel from senior high schools.

6. **Admission Criteria:**
- This program employs a review-based admission process. Applicants will be evaluated based on their job nature, relevance to the program, and actual needs. Priority will be given to those responsible for laboratory management or safety and health-related duties.
- Student applicants must be recommended by their respective institutions and must meet criteria such as being in the appropriate academic year or having relevant laboratory operation experience to be considered for admission.
- If the number of applicants exceeds the available spots, selection will be made according to the aforementioned criteria, while also ensuring equitable allocation of spots among institutions. Once the admission review is finalized, the list of accepted participants will be notified separately. Notification letters will also be sent to those who are not admitted.
