二、環境部為評估全民生活轉型素養，調查包含臺灣學生之生活轉型素養，供推動淨零綠生活政策規劃及實踐策略之參據。

Survey for the 114-115 Academic Year on Lifestyle Transformation Literacy: Invitation for Student Participation
I. This survey is conducted in accordance with the directive issued by the Ministry of Environment on April 17, 2026, under reference number 環部綜字第1151024084號.
II. The Ministry of Environment aims to assess the general public is literacy in lifestyle transformation. This survey specifically includes students under the age of 18 in Taiwan, providing valuable data to inform and implement policies and strategies for promoting a net-zero green lifestyle.
For universities and colleges: The survey will be conducted online. The entrusted team will provide electronic promotional materials for the survey. We kindly request sampled institutions to assist in disseminating the information to their students through campus electronic bulletin boards, websites, or social media platforms. Students are to complete the survey independently. The survey links are as follows:
