感恩各院及老師們協助統籌出席諾貝爾獎得主 Prof. Charles Rice 專題演講名單。以下提醒事項，敬請協助轉達：
1. 報到及入座時間：13:00－13:45，現場採用 QR Code 報到，請務必提醒老師及同學準時出席。
2. 入場及退場：請全程依現場工作人員指示入座及退場。
3. 派車資訊：於建國校門口及介仁二號門停車場發車，時間為13:00，請提前集合。交通車僅限於各院統籌報名人員。因兩校區搭車人數已接近遊覽車承載上限，若座位已滿，恕無法再提供臨時新增之需求。
4. 上下車地點：統一於大喜館上下車，再步行到大愛樓。

Thank you to all colleges and faculty members for coordinating the attendance list. Kindly help share the following reminders with all participants:
1. Registration and Seating Time: 13:00–13:45
QR code check-in will be used on site. Please remind all attendees to arrive on time.
2. Entry and Exit व्यवस्था:
Please follow the instructions of on-site staff for both entry and exit throughout the event.
3. Shuttle Bus Information:
Shuttle buses will depart at 13:00 from the Jianguo Campus main gate and Jieren Gate No. 2 parking lot. Please assemble in advance.
Shuttle service is limited to those registered through each college. As the number of passengers from both campuses is close to the bus capacity, additional requests cannot be accommodated once seats are full.
4. Pick-up and Drop-off Location:
All passengers will be dropped off and picked up at Daxi Building, followed by a short walk to the Da Ai Building.
