為提升志工對罕見疾病的認識，並強化同理溝通與情緒支持能力，花蓮慈濟醫院將舉辦專業培訓課程。本活動旨在透過全人醫療照護模式，落實社區弱勢族群的關懷與社會責任 。
一、活動資訊
•活動時間： 115年4月25日（週六）09:00 - 15:30 。
•活動地點： 花蓮慈濟醫院 協力樓 合心會議室（花蓮市中央路三段707號）。
•活動對象： 罕見疾病關懷志工、對此議題有興趣的社(志)工、全國大專院校學生（含研究生）。
•活動費用： 全程免費 。
•報名名額： 限額 25名，額滿為止 。
•報名日期： 即日起至115年4月17日止。
二、課程內容摘要：本次活動採演講與分組演練並行，重點課程包括
•罕見疾病介紹： 翁純瑩 遺傳諮詢師 。
•同理溝通技巧： 關懷者的同理心與溝通 。
•志工角色界線： 服務倫理、情緒界線與自我照顧 。
•情境模擬演練： 分組角色扮演實作 。

To enhance volunteers i awareness of rare diseases and strengthen their empathetic communication and emotional support skills, Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital will hold a professional training course. This activity aims to fulfill its care and social responsibility for vulnerable groups in the community through a holistic medical care model.

• Event Location: Hexin Conference Room, Xieli Building, Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital (No. 707, Section 3, Central Road, Hualien City).
• Target Audience: Rare disease care volunteers, social workers interested in this topic, and college students (including graduate students) nationwide.
