 內  容 
一、依據貴校民國115年3月25日輔校原資字第1150005383號辦理。
二、(3/26更新)已獲得114學年度教育部清寒優秀學生勵學獎學金之原住民族學生,若願意履行服務學習時數,可改請領114學年度第2學期原民會「助學金」。

申請程序:
一、申請對象:本校具有原住民族身分者,不含獎助生、公費生、五專前三年、在職專班、研究所、學士後多元專長、延畢或延長修業年限等
注意:二技進修部在職專班不得申請;慈濟志業獎助生目前狀態是”保留”的,可以申請

三、系統申請時間: 115年3月16日~115年4月9日23:59止;紙本繳交時間:115年4月13日17:30前繳交至原資中心(各校區原資中心皆可收件)。
注意:4/9系統真的真的會關,就沒辦法再開了,所以請提早填寫完申請表並印下來

四、繳交文件:
(1)申請表至原住民族委員會大專校院獎助學金申請系統,(網址:https://cipgrant.fju.edu.tw/login)填寫申請表,上傳正本114-1成績單之電子檔,確認資料無誤後,按確認送出並列印申請表)。
(2)前一學期成績單(114-1含班排名)
(3)印章(第一次申請或未放置原資中心者才需繳交)。
(4)銀行或是其他帳戶影本。

**Announcement Regarding Application for the Indigenous Student Grant for the Second Semester of Academic Year 114**

In accordance with the regulations set forth by your institution on March 25, 115, under Reference No. 1150005383, the following announcement is hereby made:

**Update (March 26):** Indigenous students who have already received the Ministry of Education is Scholarship for Outstanding and Economically Disadvantaged Students for Academic Year 114 may opt to apply for the Indigenous Student Grant for the second semester of Academic Year 114, provided they are willing to fulfill the required service-learning hours.

**Application Procedure:**

1. **Eligibility:**
- Open to students of indigenous descent currently enrolled at this university.
- Excludes scholarship recipients, students on full scholarship, students in the first three years of a five-year vocational program, part-time evening students, graduate students, students in the Post-Bachelor is Diversified Specialization Program, students who have applied for an extension of graduation, or those who have extended their period of study.
- **Note:** Part-time evening students in the two-year technical program are not eligible. Students currently in a “reserved” status under the Tzu Chi Foundation Scholarship Program are eligible to apply.

2. **Application Period:**
- Online application: From March 16, 115, to April 9, 115, at 23:59.
- Submission of hard copies: By 17:30 on April 13, 115, to the Indigenous Student Affairs Center (applications may be submitted at any campus center).

**Note:** The online application system will close permanently on April 9, 115, and will not be reopened. Please complete and print your application form in advance.

3. **Required Documents:**
- (1) Application form: Complete the form on the Indigenous Student Grant Application System for Higher Education Institutions (URL: https://cipgrant.fju.edu.tw/login). Upload an electronic copy of your official transcript for the first semester of Academic Year 114. After verifying all information, submit the form and print it out.
- (2) Transcript from the previous semester (including class ranking for the first semester of Academic Year 114).
- (3) Official seal: Required only for first-time applicants or those who have not previously submitted a seal to the Indigenous Student Affairs Center.
- (4) Copy of bank account or other financial account.
