一、本競賽旨在推廣綠電創能教育，定於115年5月30日（星期六）舉行決賽。
二、競賽地點：南臺科技大學（實測地點：K005風洞；簡報地點：I棟2樓會議室）。
三、競賽組別：
(一)大專組（含大學部、研究所）：
1、葉片組：小型水平軸或垂直軸風力機葉片設計。
2、系統組：小型垂直軸風力機葉片與發電機系統整合設計。
(二)高中(職)組：葉片組：小型水平軸風力機葉片設計。
四、參賽重要時程：
(一)報名與構想書繳交：即日起至115年4月26日（星期日）止。
(二)決賽入圍公告：115年5月6日（星期三）。
五、關鍵技術規範提醒（詳見附件四）：
(一)葉片組：由大會提供外轉軸流式永磁發電機，設計時須避開中心直徑30mm之定子區域以防干涉。
(二)系統組：須自備發電機並完成整合，並請注意風洞尺寸限制。

**Announcement: Green Energy Innovation Competition**
The purpose of this competition is to promote education in green energy innovation. The final round will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
**Competition Venue:**
Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology
- Wind tunnel testing: Room K005
- Presentation: Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Building I
**Competition Categories:**
1. **University Division (including undergraduate and graduate students):**
- Blade Design Category: Design of small-scale horizontal or vertical axis wind turbine blades.
- System Integration Category: Integration design of small-scale vertical axis wind turbine blades and generator systems.
2. **Senior High School Division:**
- Blade Design Category: Design of small-scale horizontal axis wind turbine blades.
**Key Competition Timeline:**
1. **Registration and Submission of Concept Papers:** From today until Sunday, April 26, 2026.
2. **Announcement of Finalists:** Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
**Key Technical Specifications Reminder (see Appendix 4 for details):**
1. **Blade Design Category:** The organizing committee will provide an external axial flow permanent magnet generator. Designs must avoid the 30mm diameter stator area at the center to prevent interference.
2. **System Integration Category:** Participants must bring their own generator and complete the integration, taking into account the wind tunnel size limitations.
