一、依據本署115年1月26日國署工字第1151010153號函（諒達）續辦。
二、為推動以人為本的城市發展理念，並鼓勵青年世代投入人本環境之創新思維，本署特辦理旨揭競賽以「人本環境，我行我塑」為題，分為「空間設計組」及「創意構想組」進行徵件，徵件暨輔導諮詢階段至115年4月30日截止。
三、為進一步擴大旨揭競賽宣傳效益，並協助有意參賽之學生深入瞭解競賽辦法、競賽重點及相關議題，本署將舉辦競賽線上徵件說明會，相關資訊如下：

**Subject: Call for Submissions and Online Information Session for the "Human-Centered Environment, My Way, My Shape" Competition**
**I. Basis for Implementation**
This announcement is issued in accordance with the directive from the Ministry of the Interior, dated January 26, 2026, under Reference No. 1151010153 (acknowledged).
**II. Purpose and Scope**
To promote the concept of human-centered urban development and encourage young generations to contribute innovative ideas for humanistic environments, the Ministry of the Interior is organizing the aforementioned competition under the theme "Human-Centered Environment, My Way, My Shape." The competition is divided into two categories:
- **Space Design Category**
- **Creative Concept Category**
The submission and mentoring consultation phase will close on April 30, 2026.
**III. Online Information Session**
To further enhance the outreach of the competition and assist interested students in understanding the competition guidelines, key focus areas, and related topics, the Ministry of the Interior will hold an online information session. The details are as follows:
