服務利他是本校的辦學特色與校風，目的旨在鼓勵學生在學期間積極參與校內外公益性服務活動，以培養濟世助人的胸襟。為能系統性推動與整合全校志工服務，本校業經衛生福利部與教育部核備為志願服務運用管理單位；依此，現為統計本校志願服務推動情形與詳實紀錄學生志願服務歷程，特此公告辦理112至114學年(含寒暑假)志願服務時數認證登錄作業，詳細作業請參閱於下說明：
一、本校學生持有【志願服務紀錄冊】者，於112至114學年度（含寒、暑假）期間參與校內外各項志願服務活動，得自行向所屬【志工服務團隊】申請志工時數證明，並檢附相關佐證資料以信件方式提供志工服務證明電子檔給服務學習組，以協助登錄服務時數。
二、此次公告以112至114學年(含寒暑假)期間之各項志願服務活動為主。
三、自108學年度開始，申請服務奉獻獎服務時數，可以志願服務紀錄冊作為服務項目之佐證資料。
四、志工領有志願服務紀錄冊，持續參與教育業務志願服務工作，連續服務年資滿2年以上者，累計服務時數達200小時以上者，經審查通過後，可申請教育業務志願服務獎勵-青學獎，申請青學獎需具學生身分。

Service and altruism are the hallmarks of our school is educational philosophy and ethos. The aim is to encourage students to actively participate in public service activities both on and off campus during their studies, cultivating a spirit of helping others and contributing to society. To systematically promote and integrate volunteer services across the school, our school has been approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Ministry of Education as a volunteer service management unit. Therefore, to statistically analyze the progress of volunteer service and to meticulously record students i volunteer service experiences, we hereby announce the registration and verification process for volunteer service hours for the 2023-2024 academic year (including winter and summer vacations). Please refer to the instructions below for details:
1. Students of this school who hold a [Volunteer Service Record Book] and participate in various volunteer service activities inside and outside the school during the 2023-2024 academic year (including winter and summer vacations) may apply to their respective [Volunteer Service Team] for a certificate of volunteer service hours and submit relevant supporting documents to the Service Learning Group by mail in order to assist in recording the service hours.
II. This announcement primarily focuses on volunteer service activities during the 2023-2024 academic year (including winter and summer vacations).
III. Starting from the 2019 academic year, volunteer service records can be used as supporting documentation for service hours when applying for the Service Contribution Award.
IV. Volunteers who possess a volunteer service record book, have continuously participated in educational volunteer service work for more than two years, and have accumulated more than 200 hours of service, are eligible to apply for the Educational Volunteer Service Award - Youth Scholarship, after review and approval.Applicants for the Youth Scholarship must be students.
