一、為推動ODF-CNS15251文件標準格式之應用，提升大專校院、高中職教師、職員與學生對開放文件格式（ODF）之認識及運用能力，特辦理「教育部115年度校園開放文件格式(ODF)競賽」及相關推廣研習課程。
二、競賽基本資訊如下：
(一)競賽組別：
1、教師組：大專校院、高中職之專任或兼任教師、職員皆可參加(每隊1-3人，其中至少1人為專任或兼任教師）。
2、學生組：大專校院、高中職之在學學生皆可參加(每隊1-3人為原則）。
(二)報名時間：即日起至115年7月8日（三）截止。需於截止日期前完成線上報名及佐證資料上傳。
(三)競賽獎項：教師組與學生組皆設有獎金與獎狀，詳細資訊請參閱競賽簡章。

三、為協助教師、職員及學生深入了解ODF標準，並提升競賽作品品質，特舉辦推廣研習課程，課程資訊如下：
(一)課程期間：115年3、4月，每場次3小時。
(二)參加對象：大專校院及高中職專、兼任教師及行政人員。

(四)參與研習課程者，將獲得研習證明。
(五)若個別場次報名人數未滿30位，執行單位保有調整或終止該場次課程之權利。

**I. Purpose**
To promote the application of the ODF-CNS15251 document standard format and enhance the awareness and proficiency of faculty, staff, and students in higher education institutions and senior high vocational schools regarding the Open Document Format (ODF), the Ministry of Education is organizing the "115th Annual Campus Open Document Format (ODF) Competition" and related promotional training courses.
**II. Competition Information**
**(1) Categories:**
1. Faculty Category: Full-time or part-time faculty and staff from higher education institutions and senior high vocational schools are eligible to participate (teams of 1–3 members, with at least one full-time or part-time faculty member).
2. Student Category: Current students from higher education institutions and senior high vocational schools are eligible to participate (teams of 1–3 members).
**(2) Registration Period:** From the date of announcement until July 8, 2026 (Friday). Online registration and submission of supporting documents must be completed by the deadline.
**(3) Awards:** Both the Faculty and Student Categories will offer cash prizes and certificates. For detailed information, please refer to the competition guidelines.

**III. Promotional Training Courses**
To assist faculty, staff, and students in gaining a deeper understanding of the ODF standard and improving the quality of competition entries, promotional training courses will be held. The course details are as follows:
**(1) Course Period:** March and April, 2026. Each session will last 3 hours.
**(2) Eligibility:** Full-time and part-time faculty and administrative staff from higher education institutions and senior high vocational schools.

**(4) Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.**
**(5) The organizing unit reserves the right to adjust or cancel any session if the number of registrants is less than 30.**
