說明：
一、本署115年提供1名學生暑期實習名額，實習單位為檢驗及疫苗研製中心(臺北市)，申請條件及相關資訊詳如附件1。請貴校協助有意願之學生填寫暑期實習申請表（附件2），併同該生最近一學期之成績證明(含全班成績百分比)，由貴校統一於期限內函送本署，逾期或以個人名義申請恕不受理。
二、本署將於審核後函復受理結果及報到資訊。申請實習人員一經錄取，除有重大事由，並由學校出具公函證明外，不得無故取消實習。實習人員應依規定之時間及地點辦理報到，倘無故未報到，將取消該校學生隔年之申請資格。

**Announcement: Summer Internship Opportunity at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)**
**I. Summer Internship Position and Application Process**
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is offering one summer internship position for the academic year 115. The internship will be conducted at the Center for Laboratory and Vaccine Research in Taipei. Detailed eligibility criteria and relevant information are provided in Attachment 1. We kindly request your university is assistance in guiding interested students to complete the Summer Internship Application Form (Attachment 2), along with their most recent semester is academic transcript, including the class percentile ranking. All applications must be submitted collectively by your university to the CDC within the specified deadline. Applications received after the deadline or submitted on an individual basis will not be accepted.
**II. Notification and Attendance Requirements**
Following the review process, the CDC will notify applicants of the acceptance decision and provide relevant check-in information. Once selected, interns are required to attend the internship unless there are exceptional circumstances, which must be formally documented by the university. Failure to attend the internship without valid justification will result in the revocation of the student is eligibility to apply for internships in the following academic year.
