一、依教育部115年3月13日臺教學(二)字第1152800842A號函辦理。
二、教育部為鼓勵品德教育推動具特色之學校，藉以激勵學校親師生全面參與品德校園文化之塑造，並透過分享各校之推動經驗，以形塑優質之校園品德文化，特訂定旨揭實施計畫，以表揚「115年度積極推動品德教育且具特色之公私立各級學校」；另，3年內（114年、113年、112年）曾接受本獎項表揚之學校，不得薦送。
三、請學校確實檢視受推薦學校112至115年校園事件處理情形。
四、欲參與遴選之學校，請依實施計畫第五之(一)之3規定備齊相關資料，並於115年5月12日前函送本校(北一區學務中心)，逾期不受理。有關評選基準、評選作業、表揚方式及其他相關事項請參閱實施計畫。
五、教育部預定辦理「115年教育部品德教育特色學校觀摩及表揚大會」，於活動中頒贈特色學校獎座，以及邀請特色學校進行經驗分享與書面成果展示。
六、實施計畫電子檔可至教育部學生事務及特殊教育司網頁「重要業務專區→學生事務業務→資料下載→素養教育專區→品德教育」項下下載運用（網址：https://depart.moe.edu.tw/ED2800/News.aspx?n=2905DA9F6A417FED&sms=5A0BB383D955741C）。
I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Education is official letter No. 1152800842A, dated March 13, 2026.
II. To encourage schools that demonstrate distinctive achievements in character education, the Ministry of Education has established this implementation plan to recognize and commend “public and private schools at all levels that have actively promoted character education with notable features in the 115 academic year.” Schools that have received this award within the past three years (114, 113, and 112 academic years) are not eligible for nomination.
III. Please ensure that the nominated schools i handling of campus incidents from the 112 to 115 academic years is thoroughly reviewed.
IV. Schools wishing to participate in the selection process must prepare the required documents in accordance with Article V(1)(3) of the implementation plan and submit them to this university (North District Student Affairs Center) by May 12, 2026. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. For details regarding the evaluation criteria, selection procedures, commendation methods, and other related matters, please refer to the implementation plan.
V. The Ministry of Education plans to hold the “115 Academic Year Character Education Distinctive School Observation and Commendation Conference,” during which awards will be presented to distinctive schools, and these schools will be invited to share their experiences and display their written achievements.
VI.
