★慈濟大學校友會傑出畢業生獎【歡迎應屆畢業生踴躍提出申請】

一、慈大校友會為獎勵學習及服務表現優良的大學部及專科應屆畢業生,誠摯地邀請符合條件的同學們踴躍參加,辦法詳見【附件1】。
二、申請資格如下:
 1.德育成績總平均82分以上。
 2.歷年學業成績平均75分以上。
 3.擔任學校同一社團(含系學會)或班級之幹部累計一學年以上。
三、校友會傑出畢業生獎,將於畢業典禮當天由校友會理事長隆重頒獎。
四、獲獎同學由校友會各別通知,並於五月中前公告。
五、申請日期:即日起至115年4月23日(四)前,檢附以下文件申請:

 2.學操行、學業成績證明單乙份(歷年成績單正本,含學期及畢業排名)─紙本繳交
 3.學生服務表現一覽表【附件3】─紙本繳交
 4.學生服務心得(慈大四年服務感想,字數1000字內)【附件4】─電子繳交
 5.社團(含系學會)或班級幹部之證明。如有參與服務性活動者,亦請檢附相關證明文件。─ 電子繳交
 6.其他特殊事蹟及其佐證資料。(加分項目,非必要)─電子繳交

**Outstanding Graduate Award by the Tzu Chi University Alumni Association**

The Tzu Chi University Alumni Association is pleased to invite eligible graduating undergraduate students to apply for the Outstanding Graduate Award. This award aims to recognize students who have demonstrated excellence in both academic achievement and service. For detailed application procedures, please refer to **Attachment 1**.

**Eligibility Criteria:**
1. An overall average score of 80 or above in moral education.
2. An overall average score of 75 or above in academic performance.
3. A cumulative service of at least one academic year as an officer in a school club (including departmental associations) or class.

The Outstanding Graduate Award will be presented with great honor by the President of the Alumni Association during the graduation ceremony.

Awardees will be notified individually by the Alumni Association and will be announced on the official website by mid-May.

**Application Period:**
Applications must be submitted from the date of this announcement until **April 23, 2026 (Sunday)**. Please submit the following documents as specified:

**Required Documents:**
1. Application Form for the Outstanding Graduate Award by the Tzu Chi University Alumni Association [Attachment 2] – **Hard copy**
2. One copy of the academic and conduct record, including the official transcript with semester and graduation ranking – **Hard copy**
3. Service Record Form for Students [Attachment 3] – **Hard copy**
4. Service Reflection Essay (Reflections on four years of service at Tzu Chi University, within 1,000 words) [Attachment 4] – **Electronic submission**
5. Proof of office in a club (including departmental associations) or class. If you have participated in service activities, please also submit relevant supporting documents – **Electronic submission**
6. Other special achievements and supporting documents (optional, for additional consideration) – **Electronic submission**

**Submission Methods:**
