一、隨著臺灣邁入超高齡社會,長照3.0政策推動下,銀髮膳食除了發展為整合性服務模式;現更強調依據長者健康狀況、慢性疾病管理及吞嚥能力,提供個別化營養支持、延伸至全齡營養與友善進食環境之建構。在此趨勢下,本論壇聚焦於銀髮膳食市場發展趨勢、產品創新應用、通路布局及服務模式升級,協助與會者掌握產業最新動態,串接膳食產業鏈,發掘未來海內外商機。
