※承辦人員辦公室位於「建國校區」,中央校區、介仁校區,得將資料繳交至各校區生輔組,由生輔組統一轉送至建國校區承辦人員。

※請注意:未於期限內繳回資料代表自願放棄就學貸款須繳回學雜費全額。
※教育部財稅中心審核資料已於115年03月16日結果已出爐,已發信件通知自付利息同意書!
共620人申請;(1)甲類:528人(所有資料都不需要繳);
(2)乙類:44人(115年3月20日前發信件通知);
(3)丙類:48人(115年3月20日前發信件通知)。

※請您於115年04月08日(三)17:30前繳交相關資料,逾時不候,請同學留意自身權益。
1. 繳交資料:
一、同意書(請務必親筆簽名)。
二、兄弟姐妹如滿18歲以上:請提供114-2在學證明或含有114-2學期註冊章之學生證(請勿提供繳費證明)。
三、全戶戶籍謄本正本(三個月內,需含父母親、兄弟姊妹之記事資料;戶籍不同分別附上)。
2.繳交方式:
一、郵寄:寄至花蓮市建國路二段880號(生輔組)收-(請註明「就學貸款資料」,並務必確認寄送狀態)
二、親繳:繳回各校區生輔組-轉至建國校區 (承辦人員-林小姐),建國校區請直接繳交給學務處生輔組。
3.對於查調結果有疑慮之同學,請同學至國稅局調最近一年綜合所得稅總額,如結果跟財稅調查不同,請於期限內繳交綜合所得清單予以複查。 (財稅中心查調其家庭父母親、本人,最近一年度綜合所得總額)。

**Announcement Regarding Submission of Documents for Student Loan Applications**

All applicants are kindly reminded that the office responsible for processing student loan applications is located at the Jianguo Campus. Students at the Central and Jieren Campuses may submit their documents to the respective Student Affairs Offices at their campuses, which will then forward the materials to the Jianguo Campus for processing.

**Important Notice:**
Failure to submit the required documents by the deadline will be deemed as a voluntary withdrawal from the student loan program, and the full amount of tuition and miscellaneous fees will need to be paid in full.

The Ministry of Education is Taxation Center has completed its review of the submitted documents. Results were released on March 16, 2026, and notifications regarding the consent forms for self-paid interest have been sent out.

A total of 620 students applied:
- **Category A:** 528 students (no documents required).
- **Category B:** 44 students (notifications were sent by email before March 20, 115).
- **Category C:** 48 students (notifications were sent by email before March 20, 115).

**Please submit the required documents by 17:30 on April 8, 2026 (Friday). Late submissions will not be accepted. Please ensure you safeguard your rights.**

**Documents to be submitted:**
1. Consent Form (please sign in person).
2. For siblings aged 18 or older: Please provide a certificate of enrollment for the 114-2 semester or a student ID card with the 114-2 semester registration stamp (do not submit payment receipts).
3. Original household registration copy (within three months, including records of parents and siblings; if household registrations differ, please submit separate copies).

**Methods of submission:**
1. **By mail:** Send to the Student Affairs Office, Jianguo Campus, No. 880, Sec. 2, Jianguo Rd., Hualien City (please indicate “Student Loan Documents” on the envelope and confirm the delivery status).
2. **In person:** Submit to the Student Affairs Office at your respective campus for forwarding to the Jianguo Campus (Ms. Lin, in charge) or directly to the Student Affairs Office at the Jianguo Campus.

**For students with concerns regarding the review results:**
Please visit the National Taxation Bureau to obtain your most recent annual total income tax statement. If the results differ from the Ministry is investigation, please submit your annual income statement for re-evaluation (the Ministry reviewed the total annual income of the applicant is parents and the applicant for the most recent year).
