一、參賽對象及資格
(一) 全球華人之獨立創作樂團、歌手。
(二) 以個人或樂團名義報名，不受理所屬唱片公司或任何經紀事務單位代為報名。
(三) 演出型態及音樂類型不限，但參賽作品之詞曲內容需為表演團員之原創作品。
(四) 上屆入圍樂團亦可報名，惟2023年至2025年已得獎樂團謝絕參與報名。
二、報名方式（線上報名或紙本資料報名擇一方式辦理）
(一) 線上報名：
1. 期限：即日起至2026年5月10日24時止。（以Google表單時間戳記為憑，
逾時恕不受理）
2. 報名表：請按此填寫或輸入網址: https://forms.gle/z7XxYAWf9cQnTNsu6
3. 請於報名表內填上3首原創音樂作品之下載或試聽之網址（如提供之連結為
試聽網址時，請確認音樂檔案是可被下載之權限，以利最後能統一彙整進行
初審之作業）。如提供之連結僅能以線上收聽時，視為無效網址。
4. 請確實填寫相關報名資料，並於按下「提交」鍵前，再次確認相關連結是否
有效，避免因資料漏填、誤繕，導致喪失參賽資格。
5. 本報名網站係利用Google Docs所提供之免費服務再行設計運作，主辦單位
對於資訊安全問題及網路資料傳輸完整性不做任何保證，如您對於資訊安全
或網路資料傳輸有所疑慮，建議採紙本資料報名方式辦理。
(二) 紙本資料報名：
1. 期限：即日起至2026年5月10日24時止（以郵戳為憑，逾時恕不受理）。
2. 格式：CD（內含3首原創音樂作品）。
3. 不接受已在市面上發行販售之商品作為報名作品，請另行製作。
4. 請填妥報名表（1式5張），連同參賽作品（1式5份），寄至新北市政府觀
光旅遊局「海洋獨立音樂大賞評審團」收，地址：220新北市板橋區中山路
一段161號26樓觀光旅遊局旅遊行銷科。

**I. Eligibility and Qualifications for Participation**
(1) Independent music bands and solo artists of the global Chinese community.
(2) Applications must be submitted under the name of the individual or band; submissions on behalf of record companies or any agency are not accepted.
(3) Performance formats and music genres are unrestricted; however, the lyrics and compositions of the submitted works must be original creations by the performing members.
(4) Bands that were finalists in the previous year are eligible to apply; however, bands that have won awards between 2023 and 2025 are not eligible to participate.
**II. Application Methods (Choose either online or paper-based submission)**
(1) Online Application:
1. Deadline: From the date of announcement until 24:00 on May 10, 2026 (submission will be based on the timestamp of the Google Form; late submissions will not be accepted).
2. Application Form: Please fill out the form or enter the URL: https://forms.gle/z7XxYAWf9cQnTNsu6.
3. Please provide URLs for downloading or listening to three original music works in the application form. If the provided link is for streaming only, ensure that the audio file can be downloaded for the preliminary review process. Links that only allow online listening will be considered invalid.
4. Please ensure all application information is accurately filled out and double-check the validity of the provided links before clicking "Submit" to avoid disqualification due to incomplete or incorrect information.
5. This online application platform is designed and operated using the free services provided by Google Docs. The organizing committee does not guarantee information security or the integrity of data transmission over the internet. If you have concerns regarding information security or data transmission, it is recommended to submit your application via paper-based submission.
(2) Paper-based Submission:
1. Deadline: From the date of announcement until 24:00 on May 10, 2026 (submission will be based on the postmark; late submissions will not be accepted).
2. Format: CD containing three original music works.
3. Submissions of commercially released products are not accepted; please prepare separate copies for submission.
4. Please complete the application form (five copies) and submit it along with five copies of the competition works to the "Ocean Independent Music Awards Jury" at the Tourism and Marketing Division, Tourism Bureau, Taipei City Government, located at 26th Floor, No. 161, Sec. 1, Zhongshan Rd., Banqiao District, New Taipei City 220, Taiwan.
