一、宗旨
2026 台灣光環境獎由中強光電文化藝術基金會（以下簡稱本會） 發起。為鼓
勵公、民營組織共同營造優良的光環境，本會創立「台灣光環境獎」，期以推
舉公共文化設施及環境中的優質照明設計，為台灣公共環境品質樹立典範。
二、參賽資格
由政府部門或民間單位團體舉辦，位於台灣（含外島）之公共設施及環境空間
照明設計作品。
作品符合公共精神及公共利益之目的，對大眾開放之公共場所、設施、活動或
私有空間，提供民眾參觀或活動之場所均涵蓋在內。
三、報名方式

2026 年3月1日至５月31日止。
四、報名資料
（一）報名單位
凡參與計畫之業主、照明設計單位、建築環境設計單位或執行團隊，擇
一作為報名單位代表。

3. 計畫簡介：300~500字，簡要介紹整體計畫。
4. 設計說明：建議就以下項目簡要說明：
a. 概念：參賽計畫如何傳達環境特色？
b. 環境：參賽計畫如何完備環境需求？
c. 永續：參賽計畫對環境的關懷及永續性為何？
d. 創新：參賽計畫如何賦予環境新穎的創意表現或藝術性？
e. 感受：參賽計畫如何創造氛圍及感受？如何與人產生正面互動？
f.
生活：參賽計畫與人或生活的連結為何？
五、上傳檔案
（一）計畫圖片
1. 6 至10張忠實呈現現場光環境之照片。
2. 單張解析度300dpi，檔案大小1MB。
（二）授權同意書
請詳盡閱讀並於線上報名頁面下載後簽名上傳。
（三）補充資料
通過初選審查之單位，將由主辦單位通知補充資料，如簡報、影片，或
其他可作為複選階段評審參考之資料。

**Announcement: Call for Entries – 2026 Taiwan Lighting Environment Award**
**I. Purpose**
Initiated by the Coretronic Foundation for Culture and Arts (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation), the 2026 Taiwan Lighting Environment Award aims to encourage both public and private organizations to jointly create exemplary lighting environments. The Foundation establishes this award to recognize outstanding lighting design in public cultural facilities and environments, setting benchmarks for the quality of public spaces in Taiwan.
**II. Eligibility**
Entries must be lighting design projects for public facilities and environments located in Taiwan (including outlying islands), organized by government agencies or private organizations.
Projects must align with public interests and serve the general public. This includes, but is not limited to, public venues, facilities, events, or private spaces that are open to the public for visitation or activities.

**IV. Required Application Materials**
**(1) Applicant Organization**
Any of the following entities involved in the project may serve as the applicant: the project owner, lighting design firm, architectural or environmental design firm, or the executing team.

3. Project Summary: A concise overview of the project (300–500 words).
4. Design Description: Please briefly address the following aspects:
a. Concept: How does the project convey the characteristics of the environment?
b. Environment: How does the project meet environmental needs?
c. Sustainability: What is the project is approach to environmental care and sustainability?
d. Innovation: How does the project introduce creative or artistic innovation to the environment?
e. Atmosphere: How does the project create ambiance and positive interaction with people?
f. Lifestyle: How is the project connected to people or daily life?
**V. File Uploads**
**(1) Project Images**
1. 6 to 10 photographs that accurately depict the on-site lighting environment.
2. Each image must be 300 dpi resolution and no larger than 1 MB in file size.
**(2) Authorization Agreement**
Please read the agreement carefully and download, sign, and upload it via the online application portal.
**(3) Supplementary Materials**
Shortlisted applicants will be notified by the organizing committee to submit additional materials, such as presentations, videos, or other documents for further evaluation.
