📋 招募資訊
•對象：15 歲至 45 歲對志願服務有興趣之青年。設籍、居住、就學或就業於新竹縣者優先錄取，未成年者須取得家長同意書。
•指導單位：新竹縣政府、新竹縣議會

A Mobile Phone Is Not Just for Recording Life; It Can Be a Weapon for Social Change!
Do you enjoy creating short videos? Do you have unique insights into storytelling for social media? The Education Bureau of Hsinchu County is launching a new initiative,“Hsinchu Youth V-Team,” inviting you to use your camera to explore the 13 townships of Hsinchu County and transform warm acts of service into impactful digital energy!
**Why Join the V-Team?**
Here, you are not just a volunteer; you are a “Social Communicator.” We provide comprehensive hands-on training, enabling you to come empty-handed and leave with valuable digital skills:
- **Short Video Planning:** Learn how to capture key elements for traffic and precisely identify content highlights.
- **Scriptwriting:** Master narrative logic, ensuring every piece of text can evoke emotional resonance with viewers.
- **Editing Practice:** Step-by-step instruction to transform fragmented footage into influential viral short videos.
**Recruitment Information**
- **Eligibility:** Youth aged 15 to 45 interested in volunteer service. Priority will be given to applicants who are registered, reside, study, or work in Hsinchu County. Minors must obtain parental consent.
