一、 主旨
新北市政府文化局（以下稱本局）為鼓勵及培育具表演潛力之新星音樂家，提供其一圓
表演夢想之舞臺，辦理「2026新北市樂壇新星」甄選活動，遴選本國政府立案之高中職、
大專院校學籍之在學青年音樂家，並採分年度辦理不同類別甄選，甄選類別包含西洋古
典音樂類演奏及演唱、傳統音樂類以及跨界音樂類，由本局提供場地、行政作業及行銷
宣傳，協助新秀辦理音樂會節目，藉此吸引青年藝術家展現才華，累積正式演出經驗。
二、 主辦單位：新北市政府文化局
三、 報名資格：
(一) 具本國政府立案之學校在學學生或其所組成之團隊，每團報名人數上限為5人，成
員學籍皆須同一學制。
(二) 伴奏不需符合上述在學學生資格，人數至多3位。
(三) 曾入選「樂壇新星」者，3年內不可再次報名(獲候補但未成功遞補者不在此限)。
四、 報名組別：高中職組，大專院校含研究所組。
五、 甄選類別及內容：
本年度甄選類別為西洋古典音樂類，甄選內容以使用西洋古典樂器演奏及演唱，包含鍵
盤樂器、弦樂器、木管樂器、銅管樂器、打擊樂器、聲樂演唱之個人或團體等。(團體組
之演奏樂器，不包含雙鋼琴之組合搭配，其餘不限)
六、 甄選樂曲：無指定曲，曲目由參選者 (團隊)自行規劃，以西洋古典音樂或藝術類音樂為
主，並由參選者 (團隊)自行擇定所繳交之報名曲目；決選曲則由評審團決選當天，依該
報名曲目規劃表中擇選決選曲目。
七、 報名方式與期限：
於115年3月31日前備妥以下報名資料，一併郵寄或提供電子檔(擇一)至指定收件位置。
郵寄：220新北市板橋區莊敬路62號，新北市藝文中心(請於信封標明「『2026新北市樂
壇新星』甄選報名」(以郵戳為憑)。
電子檔：提供電子檔路徑如下 2026 新北市樂壇新星電子檔線上繳交，檔名請編輯為
『2026 新北市樂壇新星』甄選報名-姓名(以上傳時間為憑)。
(一) 書面資料（詳附件一）：
1. 甄選報名表1份(包含基本資料、演出企劃書、曲目規劃)。
2. 「2026新北市樂壇新星」甄選切結書1份。
(二) 影音資料：由曲目規劃表中擇一繳交報名曲目，影音檔案總長度10分鐘內，採無剪
輯版本，並完整呈現之內容且演奏人員清晰可見，以mp4格式儲存於雲端並提供連
結下載。
(三) 送件注意事項：
1. 請將書面資料依序合併為一份PDF格式之檔案後，同報名曲目電子檔，上傳至雲

**Announcement: Call for Applications for the "2026 New Taipei City Rising Stars in Music" Selection Program**
**Purpose**
The New Taipei City Government Cultural Affairs Bureau (hereinafter referred to as "the Bureau") is pleased to announce the "2026 New Taipei City Rising Stars in Music" selection program. This initiative aims to encourage and nurture young musicians with performance potential, providing them with a platform to realize their dreams. The Bureau will select eligible students currently enrolled in high schools, vocational schools, or higher education institutions (including universities and graduate schools) under the jurisdiction of the Taiwan government. The program will be conducted in different categories across multiple years, including Western classical music performance and vocal, traditional music, and cross-genre music. The Bureau will provide venues, administrative support, and marketing assistance to help selected participants organize concerts, thereby enabling young artists to showcase their talents and gain valuable performance experience.

**Eligibility**
1. Applicants must be currently enrolled students at schools recognized by the Taiwan government, or teams composed of such students. Each team may consist of up to five members, all of whom must be enrolled in the same academic level.
2. Accompanists are not required to meet the above eligibility criteria, with a maximum of three accompanists allowed.
3. Individuals or teams who have previously been selected as "Rising Stars in Music" are not eligible to reapply within three years (except for those who were selected as alternates but did not successfully replace a selected participant).
**Application Categories**
- High School and Vocational School Category
- University and Graduate School Category
**Selection Categories and Content**
For this year, the selection category is Western classical music. Participants may submit individual or group performances using Western classical instruments, including keyboard, string, woodwind, brass, percussion instruments, or vocal performances. (For group performances, the combination of two pianos is not allowed; all other combinations are permitted.)
**Selection Repertoire**
There are no specified pieces for the selection. Participants (or teams) may choose their own repertoire, focusing on Western classical or art music. The repertoire to be submitted for the application must be selected by the participant (or team). The final selection repertoire will be chosen by the judging panel from the submitted repertoire list on the day of the final selection.
**Application Method and Deadline**
Please prepare the following application materials and submit them by March 31, 2026, either by mail or electronically (choose one method only) to the designated address.
