一、依據南投縣2026年山城數位黑客松暨第四屆麥克松科技競
賽活動實施計畫辦理。
二、為促使學生關心在地議題，提高參與公共事務意願，本競
賽 以永續、創新、智慧為主軸，以「宜居南投」為方向，
透過 政府出題，鼓勵學生創意發想，構思公益提案。期望
透過競 賽活動，提供學生與政府對話平台，強化公益資源
和資訊數 位串連與應用，優化政府服務，共同實踐社會共
好與聯合國 永續發展目標。
三、競賽資訊摘述如下（計畫詳如附件）：
(一)參賽對象與組別：
１、大專組：全國公私立大專院校學生，每隊隊員人數3至
5名，其中至少1名隊員為就讀南投縣公私立大專院校
或設籍南投縣之大專院校學生，可跨校、跨系組隊參
加，指導老師1-2名。
２、高中職組：全國公私立高中職學生，每隊隊員人數3至
5名，其中至少1名隊員為就讀南投縣公私立高中職或
設籍南投縣之高中職學生，可跨校、跨科組隊參加，
指導老師1-2名。
３、國中組：本縣公私立國中學生，每隊隊員人數3至5
名，可跨校組隊參加，指導老師1-2名。
(二)初選徵件報名參賽自115年5月1日（星期五）起至6月22
日（星期一）止，不收取報名費，初選報名上傳至
https://forms.gle/FUDWxGDBpC3tEM6T6。
(三)初選入選名單將於115年6月30日（星期二）公告於競賽
網站，並於115年11月21日(星期六)辦理複選(DEMO
DAY)。
四、實體及線上徵件說明會:
(一)115年4月17日(星期五)下午1時至4時，南投縣埔里鎮大
成國中。

Announcement
In accordance with the Implementation Plan for the 2026 Nantou Mountain City Digital Hackathon and the Fourth Macao Technology Competition, this announcement is hereby issued.
To encourage students to pay attention to local issues and enhance their willingness to participate in public affairs, this competition is themed around sustainability, innovation, and intelligence, with the direction of "livable Nantou." Through government-proposed challenges, students are encouraged to develop creative ideas and submit proposals for public welfare. It is hoped that through this competition, a platform for dialogue between students and the government will be provided, strengthening the integration and application of public welfare resources and digital information, optimizing government services, and jointly realizing social well-being and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The following is a summary of the competition information (for detailed plans, please refer to the attached documents):
I. Eligibility and Categories:
1. College and University Division: Students from all public and private colleges and universities nationwide. Each team must consist of 3 to 5 members, with at least one member enrolled in a public or private college or university in Nantou County or a student registered in Nantou County. Teams may be formed across institutions and departments, with 1 to 2 advisors.
2. High School Division: Students from all public and private high schools and vocational schools nationwide. Each team must consist of 3 to 5 members, with at least one member enrolled in a public or private high school or vocational school in Nantou County or a student registered in Nantou County. Teams may be formed across institutions and departments, with 1 to 2 advisors.
3. Junior High School Division: Students from public and private junior high schools in Nantou County. Each team must consist of 3 to 5 members, with teams allowed to be formed across institutions, with 1 to 2 advisors.
II. The initial selection registration period for the competition will run from May 1, 2026 (Monday) to June 22, 2026 (Monday). There is no registration fee. Initial selection registration must be submitted online at the following link: https://forms.gle/FUDWxGDBpC3tEM6T6.
III. The list of teams selected for the initial round will be announced on the competition website on June 30, 2026 (Tuesday). The final selection (DEMO DAY) will be held on November 21, 2026 (Saturday).
IV. Physical and Online Information Sessions:
1. April 17, 2026 (Friday), from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at Dacheng Junior High School, Puli Township, Nantou County.
