說明：
一、本校人工智慧暨醫療應用科攜手馬偕紀念醫院、台灣微軟、華碩電腦及汎定科技辦理經濟部產業發展署「AI 新秀計畫-馬偕智慧醫療專班」，結合多方資源，培育兼具AI技術與醫療實務能力的跨域新秀人才。
二、下期預計開班日：115年9月1日~116年4月30日。
三、培訓學員資格：
(一)於培訓階段為副學士以上之非在職者（含應屆畢業學等），不得為全職在職勞工或自營作業者，或是公司或行（商）號負責人。
(二)每名培訓學員限參與經濟部AI新秀計畫1次（退訓者屬已參訓），且培訓補助期間不得同時接受其他政府相關人才培訓補助。
(三)招生對象：護理、人工智慧、資管、資工、醫工相關科系畢業生。
四、學習獎勵金：培訓學員於培訓期間（專業培訓與企業實習），由培訓單位撥付培訓學員學習獎勵，培訓學員若為學生身份，其專業培訓期間不得領取本計畫之學習獎勵金。
(一)專業培訓期間：每人每月新臺幣2萬元。
(二)企業實習期間：每人每月新臺幣3萬元。
五、倘115年計畫未招募足夠學員或未獲核可，主辦單位得公告停止辦理。

Description:
1. The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Medical Applications at our college, in collaboration with Mackay Memorial Hospital, Microsoft Taiwan, ASUS, and Fan-Ding Technology, is organizing the “AI Rising Stars Program—Mackay Smart Healthcare Specialized Course” under the Ministry of Economic Affairs i Industrial Development Bureau. By integrating resources from multiple partners, the program aims to cultivate interdisciplinary emerging talent with expertise in both AI technology and medical practice.
2. Scheduled start date for the next session: September 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027.
3. Eligibility Requirements for Trainees:
(a) Applicants must be non-employed individuals holding an associate degree or higher (including recent graduates) during the training period. They may not be full-time employees, self-employed individuals, or heads of companies or business entities.
(2) Each trainee may participate in the Ministry of Economic Affairs i AI Rising Stars Program only once (those who withdraw from the program are considered to have already participated), and may not receive other government-related talent training subsidies during the training subsidy period.
(3) Target Enrollees: Graduates from nursing, artificial intelligence, information management, computer science, and biomedical engineering-related departments.
IV. Training Allowance: During the training period (including professional training and corporate internship), the training provider will disburse a training allowance to participants. If a participant is a student, they are not eligible to receive the training allowance under this program during the professional training period.
(1) Professional Training Period: NT$20,000 per person per month.
(2) Corporate Internship Period: NT$30,000 per person per month.
V. If the 2026 program fails to recruit a sufficient number of participants or is not approved, the organizing unit may announce the suspension of the program.
