一、旨揭課程內容涵蓋食品安全管理基礎知識、食品安全管理系統認證標章、食品添加物,以及食品加工技術對人類文明與福祉之貢獻。課程共分為6個子課程,包括「創造價值的食品加工技術」、「淺談食品安全管理」、「食品添加物面面觀」、「食品加工技術原理簡介」、「食品微生物的奧秘與探索」與「無所不在的食品微生物」。
二、本課程修課免費,並可採認環境教育時數,敬請至「教育部edu磨課師+平台」搜尋「食面埋伏」,可立即註冊修課,平台網址:https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/。
三、開課期間:自即日起至115年3月31日止。
四、本課程為「大學聯盟深化數位學習推展與創新應用計畫」醫農藝工聯盟所規劃之「華麗變身:農畜產品的生產與加工」系列課程。 **Announcement: Free Online Course on Food Safety and Processing**
The course content covers foundational knowledge of food safety management, food safety management system certifications, food additives, and the contributions of food processing technologies to human civilization and well-being. The course is divided into six modules:
1. "Value-Creating Food Processing Technologies"
2. "An Overview of Food Safety Management"
3. "Exploring Food Additives"
4. "Introduction to the Principles of Food Processing Technologies"
5. "The Mysteries and Exploration of Food Microorganisms"
6. "Ubiquitous Food Microorganisms"
