各位師長、同仁您好：
一、依據「慈濟大學教學及研究人員學術倫理教育實施要點」辦理。
二、依前揭要點規定，下列人員應完成學術倫理教育相關時數：
（一）本校專任教師（包含專案教學人員及專業技術人員）。
（二）本校研究人員（含博士級研究人員、專任研究助理）。
（三）學習型助理。
（四）參與專題研究計畫之學生。
（五）參與計畫之其他人員。
三、請參與單位計畫、個人產學合作計畫之相關人員，於115年3月31日前完成6小時學術倫理教育時數，並檢附證明文件辦理補件。
（一）學倫證明上傳路徑：
校務資訊系統 → 研發處 → 教師學術暨實務申報系統 → 學術倫理教育課程修課證明
（二）可選擇修習之學術倫理課程
請修習以下任一課程，並取得主辦單位核發之研習證明：
1.臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心（https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/）課程。
2.本校舉辦之學術倫理課程。
3.國內外大專院校或相關機構辦理之學術倫理研習課程。
※ 「臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心」帳號申請操作說明詳見附件，請以「個人註冊」方式修課，並妥善保存帳號密碼。
四、請參與計畫之其他人員，務必於期限內完成學術倫理教育時數並補件，以利後續獎勵金申請及核撥條件之參考。

ANNOUNCEMENT
RE: Completion of Academic Ethics Education for Personnel Involved in Research Projects
Dear Faculty Members and Colleagues,
I. This notice is issued in accordance with the "Regulations for the Implementation of Academic Ethics Education for Teaching and Research Personnel at Tzu Chi University."
II. According to the aforementioned regulations, the following personnel are required to complete the prescribed hours of academic ethics education:
(1) Regularly appointed faculty members (including project-based teaching personnel and professional technical staff).
(2) Research personnel (including doctoral-level researchers and full-time research assistants).
(3) Learning assistants.
(4) Students participating in special research projects.
(5) Other personnel involved in research projects.
III. Personnel involved in institutional research projects or individual industry-academia collaboration projects are required to complete six hours of academic ethics education by March 31, 2026, and submit the relevant certification documents for supplementary filing.
(1) Upload path for academic ethics certification:
Campus Information System → Research and Development Office → Faculty Academic and Practical Reporting System → Academic Ethics Education Course Completion Certificate
(2) Eligible academic ethics courses:
Please complete any one of the following courses and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the organizing institution:
1. Courses offered by the Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center (https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/).
2. Academic ethics courses organized by this university.
3. Academic ethics training courses conducted by domestic or international colleges, universities, or related institutions.
※ For instructions on applying for an account at the Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center, please refer to the attached document. Please register as an individual and retain your account credentials.
IV. All other personnel involved in research projects must complete the required hours of academic ethics education and submit the necessary documentation by the deadline to ensure eligibility for subsequent reward applications and disbursement criteria.
