說明：
一、為讓本市大專青年提早為踏入職場作準備，本局規劃辦理「臺中市政府115年大專青年學生公部門暑期工讀計畫」，藉由提供暑期工讀機會，協助體驗職場與幫助家計，進而提升其職涯發展競爭力。
二、本計畫說明如下：
（一）報名期間：
1、一般身分學生：115年3月23日至115年3月27日。
2、特定身分學生：115年3月23日至115年4月2日。
（二）報名資格：
1、基本條件：需設籍臺中市4個月以上，暑期工讀報名期間為現就讀國內各大學或四技（一年級以上學生）、二技或二專（一年級學生）、五專（四年級學生），不包含尚未入學、應屆畢業生、空中大學學生、空中進修學院學生、夜校生、進修部學生、延畢生及研究生學生。
2、特定身分條件：特定身分學生除具備基本條件外，應符合下列條件之一，並檢附相關證明文件：
(1)本人為身心障礙者、低收或中低收入戶及原住民。
(2）父或母曾於113年1月1日至115年3月23日期間遭遇職業災害且目前尚在失業中。
(3）特殊境遇家庭子女或獨力負擔家計者之子女。
(4）父或母曾於113年1月1日至115年3月23日期間申領失業給付，目前尚在失業中。
(5）家庭暴力被害人之子女或更生受保護人之子女或長期失業者之子女。
3、為提供更多青年學子暑期工讀機會，每名工讀生進用以一次為限，114年（含）以前曾參加過者不得再報名。
（三）報名簡章及詳細內容將於115年3月16日前公告於本局官網（首頁／勞工服務／就、創業與訓練／大專青年學生公部門暑期工讀）。
三、隨文檢附本計畫宣傳單電子檔，惠請於貴機關、學校官網、LED電子看板、戶外LED大型螢幕等設備協助宣傳，文案為「臺中市政府115年度大專青年學生公部門暑期工讀自3月23日起受理報名，報名簡章請至臺中市政府勞工局網站下載，洽詢電話：04-22289111轉35600。」
Notice:
I. To help college students in our city prepare for entering the workforce, this bureau has planned the “Taichung City Government 2026 Summer Internship Program for College Students in the Public Sector.” By providing summer internship opportunities, the program aims to assist students in gaining workplace experience and supporting their household finances, thereby enhancing their career competitiveness.
II. Program Details:
(1) Application Period:
1. General Student Category: March 23 to March 27, 2026.
2. Special Student Category: March 23 to April 2, 2026.
(2) Eligibility Requirements:
1. Basic Requirements: Must have been registered as a resident of Taichung City for at least 4 months. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a domestic university or four-year technical college (first-year students or above), two-year technical college or two-year junior college (first-year students), or five-year technical college (fourth-year students) during the summer internship application period. Exclusions include: students not yet enrolled, recent graduates, Open University students, Open College students, night school students, continuing education students, students on extended study, and graduate students.
2. Specific Status Requirements: In addition to meeting basic requirements, students with specific statuses must satisfy one of the following conditions and submit supporting documentation:
(1) The applicant is a person with disabilities, from a low-income or low-to-middle-income household, or an indigenous person.
(2) A parent suffered a work-related injury between January 1, 2024, and March 23, 2026, and remains unemployed.
(3) Children from special-circumstance families or children of single-parent households.
(4) A parent received unemployment benefits between January 1, 2024, and March 23, 2026, and remains unemployed.
(5) Children of domestic violence victims, children of probationers under protection, or children of long-term unemployed individuals.
3. To provide more summer internship opportunities for young students, each intern may only be hired once. Those who participated in 2025 (or earlier) are ineligible to apply again.
(3) The application guidelines and detailed information will be announced on this Bureau is official website by March 16, 2026 (Homepage > Labor Services > Employment, Entrepreneurship & Training > Summer Internship Program for College Students in Public Sector).
