二、新竹縣政府和企業、大專院校合作,自112年起打造青年就業實習平台,規劃數位創新增能課程、企業媒合與實習關懷制度,並辦理成果發表,成效卓著,更有不少優秀青年結束實習後獲得轉正機會,創造企業徵才與青年就業雙贏的契機。今(115)年邁入第四屆,計畫邀集更多桃竹苗企業夥伴及大專院校共襄盛舉,另為回應AI時代的人才需求與Z世代求職趨勢,今年度計畫重磅推出兩大升級亮點:全面主打「專題實習」模式,規範至少45天的精準實戰,並首度將招募對象從大專院校在校生擴展至「畢業一年內之社會新鮮人」,期望為企業與青年創造雙贏。

2. Since 2023, Hsinchu County Government has collaborated with enterprises and universities to establish a youth employment internship platform. This initiative features digital innovation training courses, corporate matching services, and internship support systems, culminating in achievement presentations. The program has yielded remarkable results, with numerous outstanding interns securing full-time positions upon completion, creating a win-win opportunity for corporate recruitment and youth employment. Now entering its fourth year in 2026, the program invites more corporate partners and universities from Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli to participate. To address talent demands in the AI era and job-seeking trends among Generation Z, this year is initiative introduces two major upgrades: 1. Comprehensive Focus on “Project-Based Internships”: Mandating a minimum 45-day intensive practical experience. For the first time, recruitment targets are expanded beyond current university students to include “fresh graduates within one year of graduation,” aiming to create mutual benefits for both enterprises and youth.
