【代公告】「消費者保護研究第30輯」徵稿啟事
一、本處114年9月24日院臺消保字第1145019939號函諒達。
二、為帶動國內消費者保護學術研究風氣，建立相關行政業務推動之立論基礎，本處逐年對外徵求研究論著並經審查後，編輯出版此刊物。
三、本輯徵稿啟事略為：
(一)徵稿主題：包括（建議但不限於）「消費者保護政策及行政」、「新興消費者保護議題」、「消費者保護法制與契約」及「其他消費者保護相關領域」等主題。
(二)徵稿期程：即日起至115年4月15日前提交論文全文，逾期得不予受理。
(三)注意事項：
1、稿件撰寫請遵守相關研究及寫作倫理，每篇論文本文以1萬8千字為度。
2、獲收錄之論文，依「中央政府各機關學校出席費及稿費支給要點」規定，支給本文（不含注釋、註腳、附錄及參考文獻）每千字新臺幣1,100元稿酬；逾1萬8千字以上部分，不支給。

CALL FOR PAPERS: "Consumer Protection Research, Volume 30"
I. This notice is issued in accordance with the official letter No. 1145019939 dated September 24, 2025, from the Bureau.
II. To promote academic research on consumer protection within Taiwan and to establish a theoretical foundation for related administrative initiatives, this Bureau annually solicits research articles, which are reviewed and subsequently published in this journal.
III. The details for this call for papers are as follows:
(1) **Call for Papers Topics**: Submissions are invited on, but not limited to, the following themes: "Consumer Protection Policies and Administration," "Emerging Issues in Consumer Protection," "Consumer Protection Laws and Contracts," and "Other Related Areas of Consumer Protection."
(2) **Submission Period**: Full manuscripts must be submitted by April 15, 2026. Submissions received after this date will not be accepted.
(3) **Important Notes**:
1. All submissions must adhere to relevant research and writing ethics. The main body of each paper should be approximately 18,000 words.
2. For accepted papers, remuneration will be provided in accordance with the "Guidelines for Payment of Attendance Fees and Manuscript Fees for Central Government Agencies and Schools." The fee is NT$1,100 per 1,000 words for the main body of the paper (excluding footnotes, appendices, and references). No payment will be made for content exceeding 18,000 words.
