兒福聯盟 [Kids Hz!呼叫星球寶貝] 2026兒童節玩樂會辦理在即!!
誠摯邀請您加入活動義工行列，陪伴孩子們玩樂、探索與歡笑。
期待有您的加入，一起為孩子們創造一段難忘的兒童節回憶。
【本次活動與服務事項說明】
一、主辦單位：財團法人中華民國兒童福利聯盟基金會
二、活動日期：2026年4月18日(六)
三、活動地點：花蓮遠東百貨-和平廣場
四、服務時間：上午10:00-下午17:00 (流輪午休用餐)
五、義工服務內容：
✅ 場地整理（含場佈及場復）
✅ 攤位活動引導、關卡執行
✅ 舞台活動、服務台行政等支援
六、 志工行前說明會 ：時間另行通知
七、完成行前說明及活動服務提供：
✅服務時數證明
✅餐盒乙個(活動日)
✅車馬費150元(活動日)
八、預計招募活動服務義工20名。
本表單資料蒐集之個人資料僅用於活動聯繫、活動保險使用，並依個資法維護與處理。

**Event and Volunteer Service Details:**
1. **Organizer:** Taiwan Child Welfare League Foundation
2. **Event Date:** Saturday, April 18, 2026
3. **Event Location:** Peace Plaza, Eastgate Department Store, Hualien
4. **Service Hours:** 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with rotating lunch breaks)
5. **Volunteer Service Tasks:**
- Venue setup and restoration
- Guiding activities at booths and managing checkpoints
- Supporting stage activities and administrative tasks at the service desk
6. **Pre-Event Briefing:** Time to be announced separately
7. **Benefits for Completing the Briefing and Participating in the Event:**
- Service hours certificate
- One boxed lunch (on the event day)
- Travel allowance of NT$150 (on the event day)
8. **Estimated Number of Volunteers Needed:** 20
