**Announcement**
The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is pleased to announce a joint call for bilateral personnel exchange programs with the Fonds Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek (FWO) of the Flemish Community of Belgium for the 2027–2028 academic year. Applications for a two-year project are now being accepted and will be open until March 31, 2026. All applicants are required to complete the online application process and submit the necessary documents to the NSTC before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please take note and kindly forward this announcement to relevant parties.
