| 主 旨 檢送教育部委託製作之「海外留遊學消費權益維護」手冊1批，請廣為推廣運用。Enclosed is a set of the "Guide to Overseas Study and Tourism Consumer Rights Protection" produced by the Ministry of Education. Please widely promote and utilize it. |
內 容

一、依據教育部「留、遊學服務業分工管理機制處理原則」第3點辦理。
二、旨述手冊電子檔亦可於教育部「海外留遊學資訊萬花筒」(https://studyabroadinfo.moe.gov.tw/ )網站，點選：海外「留學、遊學」指南→「留遊學文宣下載」→「留遊學宣導相關資料」項下下載。
I. This notice is issued in accordance with Article 3 of the "Guidelines for the Division of Responsibilities in the Management of Overseas Study and Travel Services" established by the Ministry of Education.
II. The electronic version of the referenced manual is also available for download on the Ministry of Education's "Overseas Study and Travel Information Hub" website (https://studyabroadinfo.moe.gov.tw/).
