為落實校長指示並精進學生學習成效,課務組將主動協助各學系針對學習困難科目進行課後補強。重點說明如下:
一、 開設原則
本組將主動協助各學系開設課後輔導課程,對象為各學系必修科目中不及格率最高前兩名且不及格人數比率超過10%之科目
二、課後輔導TA資格與配置
建請各學系推薦優秀學生擔任輔導TA,每位學生負責至多2個科目,每個科目至多2位TA。建議資格如下:
◆碩士班學生
◆大學部獲書卷獎學生
◆修習該課程且成績列前30%,或經教師推薦學生該科目學科能力足以輔導其他同學
三、 獎勵與薪資標準
除支領基本工讀金(每小時 300 元)外,另提供以下獎勵:
◆碩士生:原每月助學金 3,000 元外,每月加發 2,000 元獎金
◆大學部書卷獎:發放一次性獎勵金 5,000 元
◆成績優良,或經教師推薦者:發放一次性獎勵金5,000元
四、114-2學期開設課後輔導課程清單如附件,敬請開課單位及授課教師協助推薦優秀學生,以及課後輔導時間地點安排
檢附「課後輔導申請表」,請各學系於2026/3/13(五)17:30前將紙本申請表送至課務組,以利辦理後續行政作業,感謝配合
(課後輔導申請表已填入開課之課程名稱等相關資料,請開課單位及授課教師完成剩餘表格內容後,列印紙本送至課務組)
※其他有意願開設課後輔導之課程,授課教師仍可提出課後輔導申請
一、申請日期:即日起至115年3月13日(五)17:30前遞交至教務處課務組。課務組承辦人:分機11139
二、開課教師遴選課輔教學助理,應符合以下條件:
(1)學生學業成績總平均在全班排名前30%者
(2)或曾修習該輔導課程且成績在全體修課同學前30%者或授課老師推薦者
(3)操行成績80分以上者或導師推薦者
(4)研究所學生前一學期平均成績80分以上者
(5)具有職業安全衛生教育時數訓練証明
(6)具有教學助理(TA)培訓完成証明
三、注意事項:
1.每位課輔教學助理至多擔任兩門課程工作,或每人每月工作總時數合併計算後博士班學生以不超過44小時為限;碩士班學生以不超過30小時為限;學士班及五年制專科班學生以不超過20小時為限。

To implement the directives of the University President and enhance student learning outcomes, the Academic Affairs Office will proactively assist each department in providing after-class reinforcement for subjects where students face learning difficulties. The key points are as follows:
**I. Principles for Course Establishment**
The Academic Affairs Office will proactively assist each department in establishing after-class tutoring courses. The target subjects are the top two required courses with the highest failure rates in each department, provided that the failure rate exceeds 10%.
**II. Qualifications and Allocation of After-Class Tutoring TAs**
Each department is encouraged to recommend outstanding students to serve as tutoring TAs. Each student may be assigned to a maximum of two subjects, and each subject may have a maximum of two TAs. The recommended qualifications are as follows:
- Graduate students
- Undergraduate students who have received the Academic Excellence Award
- Students who have taken the course and ranked in the top 30% in terms of grades, or students whose academic ability in the subject is sufficient to tutor others, as recommended by the instructor
**III. Reward and Salary Standards**
In addition to the basic hourly wage of NT$300, the following rewards will be provided:
- Graduate students: In addition to the original monthly scholarship of NT$3,000, an additional monthly bonus of NT$2,000 will be provided.
- Undergraduate students with the Academic Excellence Award: A one-time reward of NT$5,000 will be provided.
- Students with excellent academic performance or those recommended by instructors: A one-time reward of NT$5,000 will be provided.
**IV. List of After-Class Tutoring Courses for the 114-2 Semester**
The list of after-class tutoring courses for the 114-2 semester is attached. We kindly request the relevant departments and instructors to recommend outstanding students and arrange the time and location for the after-class tutoring sessions.
The "After-Class Tutoring Application Form" is attached. Please submit the completed paper application form to the Academic Affairs Office by 17:30 on March 13, 2026, to facilitate subsequent administrative procedures. Thank you for your cooperation.
(The "After-Class Tutoring Application Form" has already been filled with the course name and related information. Please complete the remaining sections, print the paper form, and submit it to the Academic Affairs Office.)
*Other courses that wish to establish after-class tutoring sessions may still submit an application.*
**I. Application Period:**
Applications must be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office by 17:30 on March 13, 2026. Contact person in the Academic Affairs Office: Extension 11139.
**II. Qualifications for Selecting TAs for After-Class Tutoring:**
(1) Students whose overall academic performance ranks in the top 30% of their class.
(2) Students who have taken the tutoring course and ranked in the top 30% of all students who took the course, or students recommended by the instructor.
(3) Students with a conduct score of 80 or higher, or students recommended by their advisor.
(4) Graduate students with an average score of 80 or higher in the previous semester.
(5) Students with proof of completion of occupational safety and health education training.
(6) Students with proof of completion of TA training.
**III. Notes:**
1. Each TA may be assigned to a maximum of two courses, or the total monthly working hours for all courses combined must not exceed 44 hours for doctoral students, 30 hours for master is students, and 20 hours for undergraduate and five-year college students.
