**Application Period:** From the date of this announcement until December 31, 115 (applications accepted on a rolling basis; late submissions will not be accepted).
**Eligibility Criteria:** Please refer to the attached documents.

**Important Notice:** Applicants must not be currently receiving government-funded scholarships or other government-sponsored awards.
**Document Submission Guidelines:** Please submit only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not include any additional certificates or proofs not specified, in order to conserve paper usage and promote environmental sustainability.
**Eligibility Reminder:** If you do not meet the above criteria, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be returned without review.
**Document Completeness:** Incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please carefully review all required materials before submission.
