說明：
一、為因應AI世代產業發展的迫切專業技術需求，培育跨領域資通訊人才，本校特開設「IT工程師養成班系列課程」，旨在協助15至29歲待業青年（不限科系）獲取關鍵產業技術在身，以就業為終極目標提升競爭力，致力加速取得資通訊科技展業『入場門票』。
二、IT工程師養成班系列課程(臺北實體開課) 如下所列：
(一)雲端資安工程師養成班｜3月16日開班→門檻低、職缺多，非本科生無基礎者最速轉職首選。
(二)AI大數據人才養成班｜6月15日開班→適合有Python基礎且樂於數據分析的你。
(三)全端設計工程師養成班｜3月16日開班→適合有前端or後端基礎的強烈轉職目標者。
(四)JAVA工程師養成班｜6月15日開班→適合已有JAVA等語言基礎還想深造的你。
三、本計畫重點摘錄如下：
(一)學費全額補助：符合資格者，由勞動部負擔全額訓練費用（自付額新臺幣1萬元於結訓後符合特定條件可全額申請退還）。
(二)學習獎勵金：受訓期間勞動部每月核發最高新臺幣8,000元之學習獎勵金（總額最高可領4.5個月）。
(三)扎實訓期：總時數530小時，由業界專業講師授課，內容涵蓋技術開發、實戰演練及團隊專案。
(四)就業對接：包含履歷健檢、面試指導及媒合活動，協助學員與用人單位直接對談。
四、報名資格：凡15歲至29歲之本國籍待業青年（含應屆畢業生、退伍軍人、日間部畢業即進修部在學學生之待業者）均可報名。

**Announcement: Launch of the "IT Engineer Training Program Series"**
To address the urgent demand for specialized technical expertise in the AI era and to cultivate interdisciplinary ICT talents, our university has established the "IT Engineer Training Program Series." This initiative aims to equip unemployed youth aged 15 to 29 (regardless of academic background) with essential industry skills, ultimately enhancing their employability and accelerating their entry into the ICT sector.
The following are the details of the IT Engineer Training Program Series (in-person classes in Taipei):
1. **Cloud Security Engineer Training Program** – Starts on March 16. This program is ideal for those with no prior experience, offering a low entry barrier and abundant job opportunities, making it the fastest route to career transition for non-graduates.
2. **AI and Big Data Talent Training Program** – Starts on June 15. Suitable for individuals with a foundational knowledge of Python and a passion for data analysis.
3. **Full-Stack Design Engineer Training Program** – Starts on March 16. Designed for those with either front-end or back-end experience who are determined to transition into this field.
4. **Java Engineer Training Program** – Starts on June 15. Ideal for those with a foundational understanding of Java or similar programming languages who wish to further their expertise.
**Key Features of the Program:**
1. **Full Tuition Subsidy:** Qualified participants will have their full training costs covered by the Ministry of Labor. A self-paid amount of NT$10,000 is required, which can be fully reimbursed upon meeting specific conditions after program completion.
2. **Learning Allowance:** The Ministry of Labor will provide a monthly allowance of up to NT$8,000 during the training period, with a maximum duration of 4.5 months.
3. **Comprehensive Training:** The program spans 530 hours, delivered by industry professionals, covering technical development, hands-on practice, and team-based projects.
4. **Employment Support:** Includes resume review, interview coaching, and job matching events to facilitate direct communication between trainees and potential employers.
**Eligibility:**
All Taiwanese nationals aged 15 to 29 who are currently unemployed (including recent graduates, discharged military personnel, and students transitioning from daytime to evening programs) are eligible to apply.
