一、依據農業部生物多樣性研究所與台灣積體電路製造股份有限公司合作「Eco Plus! 生態共融計畫」辦理。
二、台灣積體電路製造股份有限公司（台積電）聯合本所與台灣植物分類學會，共同推動「Eco Plus! 生態共融計畫－台積電生物多樣性獎學金暨提案獎勵計畫」，支持生物多樣性領域具潛力人才與關鍵生態研究，加速推動生態復育與自然教育的實踐。本計畫旨在表彰並獎勵在生物多樣性保育與研究領域做出卓越貢獻的個人與機構，以肯定其成就並鼓勵持續努力。同時，透過獎學金與提案獎勵制度，激勵學者與研究人員投入創新且具影響力的研究，進一步強化生物多樣性保育政策的科學基礎與實踐應用。此外，本計畫亦希望促進社會各界對生物多樣性保育的關注與支持，推動生物多樣性主流化的長遠目標。
三、本獎學金暨提案獎勵自2026年2月1日至3月15日開始接受申請(依本所官網最終公告為準)，有意參與者可於指定網站下載申請簡章及細節說明(https://ecoplus-biodiversityaward.com)，相關參獎資格與條件如下：
(一)新秀獎適用對象：大專院校生物資源相關科系在學大學（專）生，以個人或團體參賽，須與指導老師共同提案。條件：從事臺灣生物多樣性保育相關研究績效卓越或具有具體事蹟者，須繳交研究成果論文與簡報。
(二)菁英獎適用對象：大專院校生物資源相關科系在學或畢業2年內博／碩士班生。條件：從事與臺灣生物多樣性保育相關的研究，且具備傑出研究成果。
(三)提案獎適用對象：國內大專院校或公立研究機關（構）。條件：針對生物多樣性研究提出創新提案，台積電公司將提供專案補助款支持研究。
(四)深耕獎適用對象：國內NGO、NPO、研究機構或其他團體，可跨單位共同申請。條件：針對生物多樣性研究提出深耕執行方案，台積電公司將提供專案補助款支持行動。
I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the "Eco Plus! Biodiversity Harmony Program" jointly implemented by the Institute of Biodiversity of the Ministry of Agriculture and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC).
II. TSMC, in collaboration with this institute and the Taiwan Society of Plant Taxonomy, is jointly promoting the "Eco Plus! Biodiversity Harmony Program—TSMC Biodiversity Scholarship and Proposal Incentive Program." This initiative aims to support promising talent and key ecological research in the field of biodiversity, accelerating the implementation of ecological restoration and nature education. The program seeks to recognize and reward individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to biodiversity conservation and research, thereby affirming their achievements and encouraging continued efforts. Through the scholarship and proposal incentive system, the program also aims to motivate scholars and researchers to engage in innovative and impactful research, further strengthening the scientific foundation and practical application of biodiversity conservation policies. Additionally, the program hopes to promote broader societal attention and support for biodiversity conservation, advancing the long-term goal of mainstreaming biodiversity.
III. Applications for the scholarship and proposal incentive program will be accepted from February 1, 2026, to March 15, 2026 (subject to the final announcement on the institute's official website). Interested applicants may download the application guidelines and detailed information from the designated website (https://ecoplus-biodiversityaward.com). The eligibility criteria and conditions for participation are as follows:
(1) **Newcomer Award**: Open to undergraduate students majoring in biological resources at colleges and universities. Participants may apply individually or as a team, in collaboration with a supervising instructor. Eligibility: Applicants must have demonstrated outstanding performance or concrete achievements in research related to biodiversity conservation in Taiwan. Required submissions include a research paper and a presentation.
(2) **Elite Award**: Open to graduate students (master's or doctoral) majoring in biological resources at colleges and universities, or those who have graduated within the past two years. Eligibility: Applicants must have conducted research related to biodiversity conservation in Taiwan and have achieved outstanding research results.
(3) **Proposal Award**: Open to domestic colleges and universities or public research institutions. Eligibility: Applicants must submit innovative proposals for biodiversity research, and TSMC will provide project funding to support the research.
(4) **Deepening Award**: Open to domestic NGOs, NPOs, research institutions, or other organizations, which may apply jointly across units. Eligibility: Applicants must submit in-depth implementation plans for biodiversity research, and TSMC will provide project funding to support the initiatives.
