一、財團法人國際合作發展基金會與國家圖書館訂於本(115)年 3月 5 日（星期四） 合作舉辦第四屆「國際開發援助現場論壇」，主題 「從 COP30 看國際推動防減災趨勢：邁向韌性未來的全球行動」。論壇結合《國際開發援助現場》季刊第 22 期研究成果，邀請國內外專家探討防減災推動策略與臺灣經驗。
二、本論壇對象包括政府部會、產業顧問、本會合作單位、學術與研究機構之專家學者、學生與非政府組織成員等，歡迎對全球防減災議題有興趣之各界專業人士踴躍參與。

**Announcement**
The International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) and the National Library are jointly organizing the Fourth "International Development Aid Field Forum" on March 5, 2026 (Monday). The forum's theme is "From COP30 to the Global Trends in Disaster Prevention and Mitigation: Toward a Resilient Future." The event will integrate the findings from the 22nd issue of the "International Development Aid Field" quarterly journal and will feature discussions by domestic and international experts on strategies for disaster prevention and mitigation, as well as Taiwan's experiences.
The forum is open to government agencies, industry consultants, ICDF partners, experts and scholars from academic and research institutions, students, and members of non-governmental organizations. We warmly welcome all professionals interested in global disaster prevention and mitigation to participate.
