一、說明會當日影音檔：

二、申請流程:
1.帳號開通： 請計畫主持人先提供計畫大綱（含：主持人姓名、計畫名稱、實習國家及機構、預計學生數），E-mail至全球事務處申請開通「學海計畫系統」帳號。
2.資料繳交： 完成線上計畫撰寫後，請備妥紙本申請資料（格式如附件一），115 年 02 月 26日前送達學院審查向所屬學院/單位提出申請。
3.學院彙整： 經各學院初審通過後，請於115年03月03日 （17:00前）將彙整資料送交全球事務處。
三、申請日程
(一)申請期間：115 年 01 月 30 日起至 115 年 02 月 26 日前截止收件
(二)學院送達全球事務處收件截止時間：115 年 03 月 03 日（17:00）前
四、審查標準
(一)選送學生於國外實習機構之實習期間，應至少連續 28 日，補助期限最長以一學年為限；惟赴印尼實習者，應至少連續 25 日。
(二)選送學生赴國外具發展潛力或符合臺灣長期發展優勢之企業或機構進行實習者，優先考量。
(三)依據「慈濟大學辦理教育部學海系列補助作業要點」及「慈濟大學學生海外交流辦法」之審理原則辦理。(114年12月19日第217次行政會議修正通過 版本)
(四)學海築夢計畫：依本校獲教育部核定之補助經費，由審查委員會議分配各計畫補助額度。
新南向學海築夢計畫：依教育部核定之補助經費辦理。
五、本公告相關事項，均依【教育部鼓勵國內大專校院選送學生出國研修或國外專業實習補助要點】辦理。

II. Application Process
1. Account Activation:
The principal investigator is requested to first submit a project outline (including: principal investigator is name, project title, host country and institution, and the estimated number of students) via email to the Office of Global Affairs to apply for activation of the "Project for Overseas Internships" system account.
2. Submission of Documents:
After completing the online project application, please prepare the paper-based application documents (as per the format in Attachment 1) and submit them to your respective college/unit for review by February 26, 115.
3. Consolidation by Colleges:
After preliminary review by each college, please submit the consolidated documents to the Office of Global Affairs by 17:00 on March 3, 115.
III. Application Timeline
(1) Application Period: From January 30, 115, to February 26, 115.
(2) Deadline for Colleges to Submit Documents to the Office of Global Affairs: 17:00 on March 3, 115.
IV. Review Criteria
(1) The internship period for selected students at overseas institutions must be at least 28 consecutive days, with the maximum subsidy period limited to one academic year. However, for internships in Indonesia, the minimum period is 25 consecutive days.
(2) Priority will be given to projects where students are sent to overseas enterprises or institutions with development potential or that align with Taiwan is long-term development advantages.
(3) The review will be conducted in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Implementation of the Ministry of Education is Overseas Internship Subsidy Program" and the "Regulations for Student Overseas Exchange at Tzu Chi University" (as revised at the 217th Administrative Meeting on December 19, 114).
(4) For the "Project for Overseas Internships": The subsidy amounts for each project will be allocated by the review committee based on the funds approved by the Ministry of Education.
For the "Project for Overseas Internships in the New Southbound Policy": The subsidies will be administered according to the funds approved by the Ministry of Education.
V. All matters related to this announcement shall be handled in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Subsidy Program to Encourage Domestic Colleges and Universities to Send Students Abroad for Research or Professional Internships" issued by the Ministry of Education.
