依據《慈濟大學教學及研究人員學術倫理教育實施要點》（115年1月9日第218次行政會議通過），請依規定完成學術倫理繼續教育課程，並上傳相關證明文件至「教師學術暨實務申報系統」。
學倫證明上傳路徑：
校務資訊系統 → 研發處 → 教師學術暨實務申報系統 → 學術倫理教育課程修課證明
相關規定與繳交時程
1.參與計畫之其他人員學倫時數規定
參與計畫之其他人員：需於計畫申請時檢附3年內至少6小時學術倫理教育課程研習。
2.證明文件繳交期限
■上傳時數：6小時
■課程日期範圍：計畫申請日前3年
■繳交期限：於計畫申請時檢附
可選擇修習之學術倫理課程
請修習以下任一課程，並取得主辦單位核發之研習證明：
1.臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心（https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/）課程。
2.本校舉辦之學術倫理課程。
3.國內外大專院校或相關機構辦理之學術倫理研習課程。
※ 「臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心」帳號申請操作說明詳見附件，請以「個人註冊」方式修課，並妥善保存帳號密碼。

DEAR FACULTY MEMBERS,
In accordance with the "Regulations on Academic Ethics Education for Teaching and Research Personnel of Tzu Chi University" (approved at the 218th Administrative Meeting on January 9, 2024), please complete the required continuing education in academic ethics and upload the relevant certification documents to the "Faculty Academic and Practical Reporting System."
**Upload Path for Academic Ethics Certification:**
Campus Information System → Research and Development Division → Faculty Academic and Practical Reporting System → Academic Ethics Education Course Completion Certificate
**Relevant Regulations and Submission Deadlines**
1. **Academic Ethics Hours Requirement for Other Personnel Involved in Projects**
Other personnel involved in projects must submit proof of participation in at least 6 hours of academic ethics education within the past 3 years at the time of project application.
2. **Deadline for Submission of Certification Documents**
- **Required Hours:** 6 hours
- **Course Date Range:** Within 3 years prior to the project application date
- **Submission Deadline:** Documents must be submitted at the time of project application
**Available Academic Ethics Courses**
Please complete any of the following courses and obtain a certificate of participation issued by the organizing institution:
1. Courses offered by the Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center ([https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/](https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/)).
2. Academic ethics courses organized by Tzu Chi University.
3. Academic ethics workshops conducted by domestic or international universities or related institutions.
※ For instructions on applying for an account at the Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center, please refer to the attached document. Please register as an individual and keep your account and password secure.
