為提供行政同仁更便利、快速的簽到/退方式, 行動「簽到/退」系統已正式整合於【慈濟大學校園通】APP 中,歡迎同仁多加利用。
請行政同仁先於個人手機下載【慈濟大學校園通】APP:
下載方式
• iOS:App Store
• Android:Play 商店
搜尋「慈濟大學校園通」即可下載。
登入說明(請參考附件)
• 帳號:校務資訊系統「員工編號」
• 密碼:與校務資訊系統相同
完成登入後,即可使用【慈濟大學校園通】各項功能。
誠摯邀請同仁體驗行動「簽到/退」功能, 操作簡便、即時完成,提升日常作業效率。
貼心提醒: 行政同仁辦理簽到/退作業時,請務必於校內 Wi-Fi 網域中使用,以確保系統正常運作。
初期使用 APP 辦理簽到/退時,請同仁留意並自行確認個人桌機資料是否已同步入檔。

Dear Colleagues,
To provide administrative staff with a more convenient and efficient method for clocking in and out, the mobile "Clock-in/Clock-out" system has now been officially integrated into the **Tzu Chi University Campus App**. We encourage all colleagues to make full use of this new feature.
Please download the **Tzu Chi University Campus App** onto your personal mobile device:

Search for "Tzu Chi University Campus App" to download.
**Login Instructions (Please refer to the attached document)**
- Username: Your employee ID from the university information system
- Password: Same as your university information system password
Once logged in, you will be able to access all features of the **Tzu Chi University Campus App**.
We sincerely invite all colleagues to experience the mobile "Clock-in/Clock-out" feature, which is easy to use and allows for real-time completion, thereby enhancing daily work efficiency.
Kind Reminder: When performing clock-in/clock-out operations, please ensure that you are connected to the university's Wi-Fi network to guarantee smooth system operation.
During the initial phase of using the app for clock-in/clock-out, please pay attention to and confirm that your desktop data has been successfully synchronized and recorded.
